Children should be going to school to learn reading, writing and arithmetic. Schools should not be teaching children radical gender ideology/theory. It is also not appropriate for schools to allow men in lady face portraying highly sexualised caricatures of women to perform for children. Recently I spoke to a group of concerned parents who had a drag queen come into the local school to perform for their kids without their consent and without their knowledge. Protecting children from adult concepts like drag should not be controversial.

We have some of the highest levels of education funding, but our children still aren’t learning and our schools are some of the worst in the nation. This is Tina Kotek’s Oregon, she’s been falling students and parents, for almost four years, and we’ve had enough. When I’m Governor, we’re going to fix our schools and make sure funding goes to helping kids learn, not failed agendas and ideologies.

Well said Senator Sean Bell Schools should have an unwavering focus on reading, writing and arithmetic. Wokeism should be drained from the curriculum. And skills and apprenticeships should be heavily promoted to ensure we have the skills we need.
