Recipe for psyllium husk muffins please!

Also, full-fat yogurt getting demonized for years was kind of a bad rap. Newer research isn't finding the same clear downside for full-fat dairy that the old low-fat guidelines assumed, some studies even find neutral or favorable metabolic markers. You're not doing anything wrong there.

What's up with the muffins, Dr Patrick? post the recipe, don't be shy

What’s your muffin recipe?

no variation or rotation of cuisine? This is boring and not sustainable. Many Japanese , Indian , Mediterranean cuisine can be designed and cooked in very healthy way , this is just the usual American food. Meh.

I do the yogurt at night with walnuts. Seems to help me sleep better.

protein is gay

what way protein brand do you use to make your muffins? also i need carbs 😫 i eat a lot of protein but i am not satisfied unless i have oatmeal or lentils or something
Why do fitness folks insist on using g/kg and only g/kg? No normal American knows what this means. At least add a parenthetical that it’s 0.54g/lb

yum and thanks for sharing doc

What do your kids take to school? That’s the hardest part of clean eating. School lunch.

Sorry but 🥱. I am completely over all of this.

You eat too much
