The issue is this is his driveway, which is private property. But the cop said it is in public viewing and he will site the guy if he continues to wash. At what point are we the people going to say enough? Police are to protect and serve, yet the laws that they have to enforce are fckn absurd sometimes. This is a definite overstep, in terms of being a law... 🤬😓
