Please read the @Dogs_Today article, on how outdated charity law forbids #HerbiesLaw registered charities from ending laws which govern animal experiments. Abandoning failure is NEVER dependent upon what else is available. The #HerbiesLaw website acknowledges a 92% failure rate of animal tests, in human drug trials, but allows this medical catastrophe to continue for another 10 years.
