Project Sunrise - Emote wheel implemented and working properly, full collection available and all emotes working as expected. PR up soon.

I should clarify that actually this only has 179 of a total of 307 emotes, I'm in the process of figuring out how to unlock the remainder of the emotes, I'll update the PR when I have done.
