7.5 hours of MAU P at Brooklyn Storehouse easily goes down as the new favorite time seeing him and arguably the best open-to-close set I’ve personally seen Had high expectations after last year’s six-hour o2c at Knockdown and I knew early on this was going to top it. 🚨 WARNING: A BIG STORM IS COMING Fed just released new macro data and it’s WORSE than expected. If you currently hold assets, you’re not going to like what comes next: A global market crash is approaching, yet most people don’t even realize what’s happening. A systemic inflation issue is quietly forming beneath the surface, and almost no one is positioned for it. The Fed has no good options left: - Headline PCE inflation jumped to 4.1%. - Core PCE inflation remains at 3.4%. Fed’s inflation target is just 2%. - Manufacturing PMI came in at 53.3. - New Orders jumped to 56.0. - Services employment returned to expansion at 51.2. This is not bullish growth. This is the economy remaining strong while inflation continues to accelerate, giving the Fed no reason to cut rates. When inflation is running at more than double the Fed’s target while manufacturing and employment continue expanding, it tells you monetary policy is still not restrictive enough. That only happens before rates move higher. Now add the bigger problem most people are ignoring. U.S. national debt is at an all-time high. Over $39.84 trillion and rising faster than GDP. Interest expense alone is exploding, becoming one of the largest line items in the federal budget. The U.S. is issuing more debt just to service existing debt. That’s the definition of a debt spiral. India Markets - 2025: Short post For those who say I’m always bearish: There are no bad stocks, there are only bad prices. Same with markets. Despite ever bullish sentiments, last 4 year returns since Oct 2021 are Nifty 50 - 8% Nifty 500 - 10% Returns reflect nominal GDP when PE reaches peak levels of 25 plus. That is exactly how it has turned out since 2021 #SIP investors should hope for a deep correction in markets. Coz that’s great for their long term returns. There is no point cheering for markets everyday at these prices. It only helps those who are selling now. Regardless of permanent bulls, that’s exactly how it has turned out to be. Only nominal GDP growth. 8% to 10%. Finally, More than half of all historical returns from Nifty is pure inflation. The 12% historic returns has 6.5% from inflation only. Real returns - 5.5%. These are good times for the economy . But not good prices for markets. Stay balanced, stay cautious. When markets correct big, back up the truck and buy. This is not the time. Brian Windhorst says Miami makes even MORE sense for LeBron if he wants to play 2 more seasons: Windy: You know I’m from Cleveland you know my ties there. The more I’ve looked at this and the more I’ve had conversations, the more Miami makes sense to me. Now when I hear him thinking about a couple of years, it makes even more sense. I think that’s where he goes and fits. He can go there and have the ball. He also can go there and be protected on defense… I don’t see him playing with Donovan and Harden and being a clean fit. The fit in Miami makes more sense to me. I FINALLY managed to create a point cloud animation 💪 Here is how I did it using #GaussianSplatting, #Blender and 2 add-ons from KIRI Engine - 3D Scanner App . Creating point cloud animations has always been a dream of mine (inspired by masters like ), but the tech to create the point clouds and visual effects was always a huge barrier. Then I discovered these 2 Blender add-ons from Kiri engine after I had a chat with Jack Wang in my podcast, and it changed everything: 1- Create a splat with any tool or app you want 2- Install the free "Point Animate" add-on in Blender 3- Drag the 2 .ply you want to morph from --> to 4- Set source and destination in the add-on side panel At this point you could play around with various settings like noise scatter, noise intensity, wind and more. If you want to combine with the splat as well you can get also the 3DGS render to add cool dissolving effects, fancy lighting and really get the most out of your scans. If you end up using it please tag me. I am curious to see what much more skilled people than me can put together 😉

💥HIGH PROTEIN EGG SALAD 1 serving: 540 cals, 44g protein 2 servings: 270 cals, 22g protein As always, divide this up into whatever size serving that works for you. This high protein egg salad is as easy as it gets, and so good. And, no cottage cheese today. I added some mashed peas and mixed up greek yogurt and mayo, and this combo was SO good. If you dont want bell pepper as your base, you can always use lettuce or your favorite bread… sour dough or a warm pita would be amazing. Here is how I made it: 1..Make your eggs. I used 5 eggs here. I drop them in boiling water for 7.5-8 mins right out of the fridge, dunk them in an ice bath for a few seconds to stop the cooking, and peel and cut them in half. Add them to a big bowl. 2.Finely dice 1/4 to 1/3 of a red onion and add it to the bowl. up, let’s mash up 1/2 cup of peas with a fork. You can also process these in your food processor if easier. 4.For some bursts of freshness, I added 2 tbsp of herbs, you can use cilantro, parsley, or mint here, or a combination. And add 3 tbsp of capers or finely diced pickles for some brine. 5.Dress it up with 2 tbsp mayo and 5 tbsp greek yogurt. This adds some more protein and keeps the fat/calories down. And add 1 tbsp dijon mustard. 6.Season with a couple pinches of salt and pepper, and for a little flavor add 1 tsp of onion powder. 7.Mash everything up. Now, if you want it chunkier, mash a little less, but if you want it creamy and well incorporated, mash a bit more. 8.Give it a taste and adjust. You can also add spices, everything bagel, or chili crisp to top it up. A few months ago, we decided to shut down Hyper. We built an amazing product and technology - better than I ever could have imagined - and rolled out with huge retailers like IKEA. But growth was impossible. 2-3 year sales cycles, in a challenging market. Hard product, hard distribution. It's been a crazy ride over six years. There are so many people to thank, and we have so many stories to tell -- some day. As for now, I'm feeling good. 2026 is the future. I'm going to take everything I've learnt about researching a breakthrough technology from first principles, and apply these lessons to something new. 🤖🤖🤖 I will talk more about that in the new year.

A deep dive into $SEXY and why I believe this is one of the most undervalued gamefi projects in the ecosystem: A simple beginning of a frictionless gaming experience fitting itself into a mobile game market which produced $123B in revenue in 2023 and an expected groth into $190B into 2030. The current game features a simple UI with strong incentives such a $1M prize pool in tokens lasting from June to September for early users pre-layer 3 buildout. Though simple in design, the transaction volume is telling with 300k user txns within 3 days of opening. The game is very much similar to the old micro transaction mini games such as clash of clans. Daily activities to keep users engaged and retained especially given the incentivization program. My thesis around this is the growth reward potential. Currently as the game sits in a more private beta (only users with codes can participate), we are at the simple version of the ecosystem. As expansion happens and there is more use items, more mini-games, more access, and more use for $SEXY, the value will grow. I imagine the R/R of investing in a game like clash of clans early on, imagine being able to invest in the value of gems in the early days and the value of these changed with user demand. Clash of clans did $360m in revenue in 2023. This model would recreate that volume all flowing into the token (which would be similar to gems). Thus, the thesis is simple: $SEXY ecosystem grows, more usage for active players to use the token within the mini games, more addictive tendencies lead to users wanting to gain more loot, more referrals to beat their friends in the ecosystem all leads to a flywheel of growth; especially, as users are token holders and their dominant strategy is to play the game for incentives and to invite their friends to grow the token value and ecosystem. Personally, I will be staking my $SEXY, collecting loot (imagine the loot can be tradable like early Runescape party hats), building my ranking for the incentives, and encouraging the ecosystem growth as a user in the flywheel. Thus, I believe as time passes, the value of the token continually increases under the assumption the ecosystem is growing with it. Speculation transitions from I think future buyers will find this token a good investment into I think players will buy this token to play the games within the ecosystem. Disclaimer: I am an early investor in ETHXY and so is WWVentures. All thesis generation may be biased.

$MELI management always shares so much value. I hope Leandro does more of these interviews and shout out to Couch Investor🛋️ for making this one. Here are some key insights that most investors are unaware of for $MELI from this interview. Two metrics prove how early Mercado Libre actually is in its growth cycle despite its $86B valuation. Leandro admitted they are only at 1% to 2% of their ultimate goal in using AI to connect Mercado Pago and Mercado Libre data for hyper-personalized consumer experiences. We can potentially see new verticals spin up over the next few years just in this domain alone. Even with their aggressively growing $15B credit book, they are still only the 6th largest credit card issuer in Brazil. The 5th largest competitor is still three times their size! This confirms they have an immense amount of runway left before they hit a market share ceiling. Wall Street models focus heavily on existing market growth, but Mercado Libre has a massive, unactivated pipeline within its current footprint. They only recently launched credit cards in Argentina in August, and the product is not even available in major markets like Chile or Colombia yet. Beyond their current active zones, there is a combined population of ~130M people in secondary Latin American countries where Mercado Libre currently has very little presence. This represents an untapped market the exact size of a "second Mexico" that is entirely ready for future ecosystem expansion. There is not a single analyst pricing this in. Management is highly skeptical of corporate acquisitions. Leandro noted that mergers and acquisitions fail to create value half of the time, so their default strategy is to build their technology and networks in-house. They will only buy an external company if there is a severe "strategic urgency." For example, they acquired a Brazilian network of local mom-and-pop shops purely to establish instant drop-off points for apparel returns, which saved them years of organic development time. Otherwise, they do not rely on buyouts for growth. In Latin America, roughly half of the economy is informal. This means citizens do not have traditional payroll stubs, making it very difficult for standard banks to accurately assess their risk. Mercado Libre’s competitive alpha is that they do not underwrite random people. Instead, they issue credit exclusively based on proprietary behavioral data gathered from within their own closed-loop marketplace. Because they can see exactly how a user buys and sells on the platform, they have a level of granular insight into the real economy that traditional financial institutions cannot match.

Develop Better Finishing and Decision Making With This Fast Break Drill Here's a great 2v1 drill to improve ball handling, passing, scoring, and decision making out of fast break advantage situations from the Youth Coaching System with Jim Huber. Even though these are youth players in the video, it's great for all ages! I actually got this drill from longtime college coach Don Kelbick. Drill Tips: -Attack and Think Lay Up! We got this drill from Don Kelbick and we teach the same mentality. You want to force the ball handler to attack and try to get a lay up. The only reason they pass is that the defender stops the ball. Personally, I’m okay if the initial ball handler takes some bad shots. I think having an assertive, attacking mentality will create more good things than bad. This mentality will eventually lead to more open passes for his teammate, because the defense will realize that they have to commit and stop the ball. -1 or 2 Pass Limit You could even add a pass limit of 1 or 2. That way, it’s more game like and they’re not going too slow. -Add a Countdown You could also introduce a time limit. If I see going too slow, I usually start saying, “3, 2, 1… “ and make a buzzer sound at zero. The kids actually enjoy it. -Make It 2v2 With a Trailing Defender It's also fun to add a trailing defender as another progression. You would simply add a 4th line somewhere in the middle of the floor. So you’d put a cone a little bit further in the middle of the court, so the trailing defender comes into the play a second or two later. -Change Offense and Defense Lines I also will switch up which lines are defense and offense, so players experience attacking the basket from all angles in transition. SUMMER SALAD IDEA: Mediterranean Chicken, Pistachio, & Herb Salad If you love mediterranean recipes and mediterranean food, and you want an amazing summer salad that hits all the right notes, then try making this easy salad at home. Its got one of the best flavor combinations, its so easy to make, and SO good. I love pulsing cauliflower into snowflakes here, it adds such a nice texture, and it’s almost like having couscous in the salad. Here is how I made it: 1.Lets prep the chicken first and let it marinade. Add 1lb of chicken thighs to a bowl. Drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil. Season with salt, pepper. Add the zest and juice of a small lemon, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp oregano, 1/2 tbsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tbsp harissa spice or paprika. Mix really well. Ideally let this marinate for 1-2 hours, or you can also just pop it into the oven at 400F for 30 mins, or your airfryer at 400F for 20 minutes. 2.Prep your salad base. I finely chopped 5oz arugula and added to a salad bowl. I also pulsed the florets from half a head of cauliflower in a high powered blender or food processor until they have a super fine consistency. Add those to the bowl with 4 thinly sliced Persian cucumbers, 1/2 large red onion finely diced, 3-4 scallions thinly sliced, half a pint of cherry tomato. You can add as many fresh herbs you want here. At a minimum I recommend finely chopping a large handful of fresh parsley (yielding about 3/4 cup), but feel free to add fresh mint and cilantro to this as well. 3.Dice up the cooked chicken and add it to the salad bowl, along side 1/4 to 1/3 cup of toasted pistachios. If you dont like pistachios, you can always swap it in for pecans or walnuts. 4.For the dressing, in a jar add 1/4 cup olive oil, the juice and zest of a large lemon, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, salt, pepper, 2 tsp oregano, 1 tsp onion powder, and a pinch of aleppo pepper flakes. $NOW's Financial Analyst Day took place yesterday. A huge focus was on the headline $30 B+ subscription revenue target for 2030, but there is also a margin expansion story as well that management highlighted. The market fears AI inference costs will compress software gross margins. Management focused on dismantling this narrative. AI reasoning represents less than 10% of their cost to serve. The other ~90% is workflow orchestration, governance, and their 20-year CMDB context. They are maintaining 80%+ subscription gross margins while pulling $300 M in annualized agentic AI cost savings straight to their own bottom line for 2026. That self-funded internal efficiency gives them the exact cover needed to commit to 100 basis points of non-GAAP operating and free cash flow margin expansion in 2027. The debate over seat compression versus consumption is looking promising for NOW. ServiceNow has shifted to a hybrid model. Non-seat based pricing already accounts for 50% of their net new ACV. When a customer uses AI to cut a 20 person support team down to five, ServiceNow captures 6.5x more in AI agent consumption. The total spend from that customer actually grows over 5x by year five. This underlying consumption momentum is exactly why management aggressively raised their 2026 AI ACV target from $1 B to $1.5B. They expect AI to drive 30% of total ACV by 2030. They are backing this up with a new go-to-market execution strategy, guaranteeing total satisfaction for AI go-lives in under 100 days. Management is also trying to be more disciplined with capital allocation. They are tackling dilution. They hit their sub-15% stock-based compensation target early in 2025 and just established a hard target of sub-10% by 2029. ⚠️💹Little-noticed report in China Daily indicates the govt is preparing the central bank to buy bonds. This wouldn't be QE, it's money-financed fiscal expansion. Profound difference. If confirmed, everyone's going to be shouting INFLATION when this means the total opposite. 1. Report from China Daily - CCP's English language paper means it was approved. Not exactly the Peoples' Daily which is the Central Committee's mouthpiece, though still pretty official and has to be approved. 2. China Daily clearly referencing money-financed fiscal expansion and doing so on purpose. It actually makes perfect sense given the circumstances. This isn't to say it's like to work - it won't, hasn't yet. 3. While both money-financed fiscal expansion (MFFE) and QE have the central bank buying bonds, they are very different, starting with who is SELLING them. 4. This won't matter to inflation-ists who see inflation in everything. So, prepare for the next round of MONEYPRINTERGOBBRRRR bullshit. 5. The point behind MFFE is to bypass a broken banking system. CB buys bonds from central govt to finance direct spending or transfers (could be tax cuts). Instead of the CB printing fresh money and handing it over to the govt, govt borrows from the CB having to pay it back like any other bond. CB isn't a printing press, it's an external bond market. Yes, this is a distinction that matters (but won't to the inflation-ists). 6. This has been tried and at enormous scale and you won't be surprised to learn that the results were deflation not inflation. Japan's TFB and FILB in the nineties were financing upwards of 70% the size of the on-budget central govt expenditures. 7. The reason it was deflationary is the only reason this matters: it's an acknowledgement of a broken banking system. Broken banks mean deflation. Period. 8. Look at how things have progressed in China: banks increasingly in trouble, loan growth plunges, accelerating downside. Suddenly in Sept govt pledges a massive bank recapitalization plan and then...nothing. Dead silence. Chinese realized banks are a dead end, recap too big and too complicated. Therefore, work around the banks - try to - with MFFE. Just like Japan. I've been saying all along watch China's banks. Sept recap plan already confirmed big problem. A year ago, I was moved to tears when govt agreed to consult on Council Tax debt collection. I’m reposting that video as today IT'S DONE. On the back of Money and Mental Health campaigning the govt said this morning it WILL change the rules - Currently miss a monthly payment & within 3 weeks, you can be told "pay the whole year". From Apr 27, Councils must wait 63 days to do that & signpost people to help meantime - The max added admin cost is also being capped at £100 Here’s my official quote on it…. “Council Tax debt collection is so aggressive it’d make banks blush. It’s the most vicious and damaging form of legal debt collection out there - causing counterproductive misery for millions. We’ve spent the last 18 months campaigning hard to change this hideous system, and having seen so much pain caused by it, I’m genuinely moved by this huge first step towards making things better.” “Currently, in England, if you miss a monthly payment, many councils, within usually 3 weeks, demand payment for the entire year. How people who can’t find a month’s money are expected to find a year’s I don’t know. Yet if they can’t pay, within just three more weeks, they are often taken to court, have ‘admin costs’ added, and soon see bailiffs sent in. No commercial firm would be allowed to do anything close - constituents are treated worse than customers.” The new rule from next April means councils must wait two months, not 3 weeks, to ask for a year’s money, and the ‘admin costs’ will be capped at £100.
