How did I handle the recent pullback in U.S. stocks? Did I sell the top? 🙅🏻‍♂️ No. Did I hedge perfectly before the market turned? 🙅🏻‍♂️ No. Did I rush to short the market? 🙅🏻‍♂️ No. In my June 7 JLA Weekly Reports, right after the market had pulled back sharply, I wrote: “This pullback looks more like mean reversion after a strong advance, rather than a confirmed major top, crash, or bear market.” Not because I had a crystal ball 🔮 But because the evidence at the time did not support a broad market breakdown. $QQQ had pulled back hard. Semiconductors and AI hardware names were under pressure. Many extended stocks saw sharp profit-taking. But the bigger picture was still intact. $RSP was not collapsing. Market breadth had not broken down aggressively. The Net High / Low Ratio was still holding up. The QQQ weekly chart still looked like a normal pullback after a strong advance. So my base case was clear: This was more likely a reset than the start of a crash. 🔄 A few days later, the market found a low after a 6-day pullback and repaired most of the damage, moving back close to new highs. But the real lesson is not “I was right.” The real lesson is this: When the market pulls back sharply, you need a framework to separate a normal reset from a true character change. That is also why I did not rush to short the market. Shorting a pullback inside a strong uptrend is extremely difficult. When your focus is on the short side, you can easily miss the bigger opportunity: Preparing for the next group of leaders. Even worse, you may lose your winning positions during the process — and when the market recovers, you are forced to buy them back at higher prices. Most traders never do. Because human nature makes it very difficult to sell low and buy back higher. Your mind says: “I’ll wait for another pullback.” Your ego says: “I don’t want to chase.” And your finger simply cannot press the buy button. That is how traders lose their best positions and miss the next group of leaders. 🎯 In strong markets, sharp pullbacks are not always bearish. Sometimes they are necessary. They shake out weak hands, reset sentiment, and reveal where institutional demand still exists. That is why, after a market reset, I focus on the stocks that repair first. Those are often the names with real relative strength — and the ones most likely to lead the next move higher. This is exactly the process I share inside JLA (JLawStock Academy) : 💡How to read the market in real time. 💡How to define the most likely scenario. 💡How to know what would confirm or invalidate it. 💡How to identify real leadership after a reset. 💡How to spot the opportunity before it becomes obvious. The goal is not to be perfect. The goal is to think clearly when the market becomes noisy. 🧠 That is what separates a real trading process from hindsight commentary. And that is what I want JLA members to learn: Not just what I think about the market — but how to think through the market. If you want to learn more about JLA, visit:

I spent and hour of my Saturday reviewing hundreds of charts. These are the setups that stood out and what you should focus on this week Friday changed the tone of this market. The AI trade is under pressure. Software is pulling back. Relative strength is starting to stand out. $GOOGL held up. $AAPL barely cracked. $C continues to show strength while growth stocks unwind. Here’s the watchlist and recording: $SPX: One of the ugliest days we've seen in months. Closed near the lows after breaking the 20-day. 7330-7290 is the first support zone. Below that opens 7273 and potentially 7150. $QQQ: Nearly 5% down on Friday. AI leadership is under pressure. Watching 695 support closely. $IWM: Back to 280 support. Watching whether this becomes a swing low or just another bounce that gets sold. $BTC: Still under pressure. Failed reclaim of the 200-day. No clear setup here. $SMH: Nearly 9% down Friday. Semis finally cracked. Watching for either a relief bounce or continuation lower. $MSFT: Failed after briefly reclaiming the 200-day. Still holding trend support but needs buyers soon. $AAPL: One of the stronger mega caps. Technical damage is limited compared to the rest of the market. Worth watching. $GOOGL: One of the better-looking charts. Holding the earnings gap and showing relative strength. Above 373 could trigger a relief move. $AMZN: Broke the 50-day and looks vulnerable. Could see a move toward the 200-day near 232. $NVDA: Momentum has faded. Sitting on the 50-day near 203. Must hold. $TSLA: Significant technical damage. Lost the 200-day, 50-day, 20-day, and 9-day. Needs major repair work. $META: Still holding the lower end of its range. 600 remains the key level. $AMD: Looks like it wants to fill the gap lower. Semis remain under pressure. $AAPL: Relative strength remains notable. One of the few mega caps still acting well. $NFLX: Quiet relative strength. Not an easy trade, but worth noting. $LLY: Strong healthcare leadership. Above 1165 opens another attempt at highs. Must hold 1100. $JPM: Financials are starting to show relative strength. $C: One of the stronger bank charts. Pullback remains very controlled. $WFC: Held up well and continues to show relative strength. $GS: Large engulfing pullback. Watching for stabilization. $GE: Rotational strength worth monitoring. $CROX: Continues to hold the 9-day and trend higher. Relative strength stands out. $SNOW: Pulling back into the 9-day after earnings. Watching for support. $DDOG: Pulling back with software but still one of the stronger charts in the group. $PLTR: Rejected at the 200-day. Needs more work. $IBM: Back below the 9-day. Harder chart for now. $DELL: Pulling back into the 9-day after earnings. Watching for buyers to step in. $HOOD: Pulling back into range support. $CRWD: Watching 670 as a potential support area after earnings. $NET: Backtesting the 9-day. One of the better software recovery stories. $BE: Still consolidating near highs. No major damage yet. $MU: Sharp pullback. Watching for a bounce near current levels. $WDC: Big pullback after a huge run. $SNDK: Pulling back but no major technical damage yet. Watching closely. Overall theme: Friday changed the character of the market. The focus shifts from chasing momentum to identifying what held up during the selloff. $GOOGL, $AAPL, $C, $WFC, $CROX, and select software names are showing the best relative strength. For now, caution is warranted. Let the market prove it wants to bounce before getting aggressive.

📺 Follow-Through Day Confirmed – Now What? Please ❤️like and 🔁share with fellow growth stock investors In today's market update, Connor Bates notes that the market has flipped back into an uptrend, driven by a broad, powerful gap up across all major indexes. It was triggered by the U.S.–Iran two-week ceasefire, which acted as a macro catalyst and unlocked risk-on sentiment. This move confirmed a Follow-Through Day (FTD) — a key signal that a new rally attempt may be underway. However, this is not “all clear” yet. Distribution after the FTD could invalidate the move. So, while the trend just turned positive, it still needs to prove itself. We are watching it closely. * On Wednesday: – $SPX gapped above 8/21 EMA, and 200-day MA. Closed right at the 50-day MA → key resistance level. Strong close = bullish confirmation, but still testing a major zone. – $QQQ closed firmly above the 50-day MA, showing stronger relative strength vs $SPX. Growth leaning constructive again. – Equal Weight S&P $RSP also gapped into the 50-day MA – suggests broader participation, not just mega caps. Mega caps $MAGS actually showed relative weakness, closing below the 50-day and 200-day moving averages, meaning this rally is not being led by big tech (yet). – Dow Jones $DIA closed right at the 50-day MA. Still in a decision zone. – Small Caps $IWM had a very strong close, confirming risk-on behavior. Important: small caps leading = healthier rally. – Mid Caps $MDY held the 50-day MA. Strong close → confirms internal strength. – $VIX dropped ~18%. Still above 20, but moving in the right direction. This is exactly what bulls want: volatility collapsing. – Dollar $DXY gapped down, had a slight recovery, and then rejected the $100 level. Weak dollar = tailwind for equities. – #Gold $GLD still building, no breakout, Gold miners $GDX → rejected resistance, while #Silver $SLV → mixed. – Bitcoin $IBIT was surprisingly weak. * NASDAQ Breadth / Indicators: – RSI bouncing up from oversold (30) – MACD bullish crossover – Indicator reclaiming 10 EMA This is called bullish alignment. And historically, when this happens, growth stocks and market breadth improve significantly. This is a strong tailwind if it continues. Fear & Greed Index: Extreme Fear → Fear (30) – Sentiment is improving, but still cautious – This is actually good for a rally (room to move higher) * Interestingly, despite the rally, software stocks $IGV got crushed again. The trigger – new AI developments (Claude agent release). Names like Microsoft $MSFT, Oracle $ORCL, and Palantir $PLTR were all down. * Some changes in our portfolios: – In Grotection, we reduced hedges $SPXS and bought DigitalOcean $DOCN and Cheniere Energy $LNG. – In Turbotection, we trimmed our $NVDA short and bought $SPYM, BWX Technologies $BWXT, and Solstice Advanced Materials $SOLS. We are less defensive, selectively adding risk — but not yet fully bullish. * So, for today, respect the trend shift, but demand confirmation over the next few days. If this holds above the gap and builds, you’re looking at a real trend change. If it fails quickly, it was just a news-driven squeeze. * If you enjoyed this short video, please ❤️like and 🔁retweet You can now find more details about Revere Asset Management in the FAQ section on our website, along with additional insights into our investment process, portfolio structure, and onboarding. ▶️

I spent 2 hours of my Saturday reviewing hundreds of charts. These are the 48 setups that stood out and what you should focus on this week. The indices are stuck in a range. Semiconductors continue to lead. Software is quietly improving. And $MU earnings may decide what happens next. $SMH is sitting near all-time highs. $MU reports Wednesday. $HOOD continues to be one of the strongest charts on the board. Here’s the watchlist from the recording: $SPX: FOMC created volatility, but price ultimately went nowhere. The market is trapped between 7400 and 7532. Above 7532 opens a trend move higher. Below 7400 opens downside. Until then, this is a range-bound market looking for direction. $QQQ: Sitting right below all-time highs. Holding gains well. Above 724 could trigger another leg higher. $IWM: Looking strong. Higher low remains intact and the 9-day has reclaimed the 20-day. Trend remains bullish. $SMH: One of the strongest areas of the market. Trading near all-time highs ahead of $MU earnings. $BTC: Large bear flag remains in place. Still not showing enough strength. $GDX: Pulling back below the 200-day. Hands off for now. $VIX: Closed near the lows despite FOMC volatility. No major fear in the market right now. $DXY: Holding above 100. Worth watching as a stronger dollar can pressure equities. $NVDA: Reclaimed the 50-day and bounced nicely. Still choppy, but semis continue to support it. $AMD: Holding near all-time highs. One of the stronger semiconductor charts heading into $MU earnings. $MSFT: Still in a strong downtrend. No setup for now. $AAPL: Clear bear flag. Below 295 could open a downside trade. $GOOGL: Failed breakdown and now attempting to recover. Above 372 becomes interesting. $META: Still trapped in a strong downtrend below 600. Harder chart. $AMZN: Barely holding the 200-day. No clean setup. $TSLA: Reclaimed 400 and continues to stabilize. Watching 415-416 closely. $SPCX: Still trading around its IPO range. Holding the IPO high remains constructive. Above 225 could trigger a larger move. $MU: The most important earnings report of the week. Could determine the next move for semiconductors and AI-related names. $SNDK: One of the strongest charts in the market. Continues to grind higher with remarkable consistency. $FCEL: Huge momentum move. Watching 25 closely. $BE: Explosive strength. Watching a backtest of 323 or continuation above 330. $PENG: Strong semiconductor momentum. Watching 69-70. $ALAB: One of the strongest AI infrastructure names. Above 420 keeps momentum intact. HIMS: Reclaimed the 20-day. Watching 35 hold. $INTC: Strong reaction to the Apple chip headline. Above 135-136 becomes interesting. $MRVL: Failed breakout during OPEX. Watching 321-323. $TXN: Strong semiconductor chart. Watching continuation above 323. $TSM: Trend remains extremely strong. Watching above 465. $QCOM: Rangebound but improving. Watching 230. GEV: Back above 1100. Watching 1125 for a test of highs. SN: Quiet breakout. Watching continuation above 140-142. $RDDT: Improving, but still needs to reclaim the 200-day around 187. $SMTC: One of the cleaner consolidation patterns. Watching above 173. $ARM: Strong recovery. Above 445 could trigger another leg higher. ADI: Looking constructive. Above 440 opens new highs. $AVGO: Trying to recover. Watching 415 closely. OKTA: Hammer candle. Above 120 becomes interesting. HNGE: Slow but steady uptrend. One of the cleaner charts out there. MRNA: Strong week. Holding 60 keeps momentum intact. FLR: One of the better industrial charts. Worth watching if rotation continues. $CAT: Continues making new highs. Industrial strength remains impressive. $HOOD: One of my favorite charts right now. Above 110-111 could trigger another powerful move. XYZ: Quietly building. Watching 75-76. $NBIS: Still one of my favorite software names. Above 300 could trigger a significant breakout. $PANW: Software continues improving. 300 remains the key level. $NFLX: Interesting risk/reward setup near 75 support. $CRWD: Nice recovery. Above 700 opens 722 and potentially a gap fill higher. $SNOW: Failed gap fill and turned higher. Holding 230 keeps the setup intact. $DDOG: Another software name starting to improve. $DELL: Needs to hold 400. Otherwise, hands off. Overall theme: The market is consolidating after FOMC and OPEX. Semiconductors remain the leadership group, but $MU earnings on Wednesday could change everything. Software is quietly improving, while many of the Magnificent 7 names continue to lag. MU, SNDK, HOOD, NBIS, SMTC, ALAB, and CRWD are some of my favorite charts going into next week. If you like this, then like it ❤️

Qullamaggie on Situational Awareness “I guess it was an okay setup, but it failed in a big way. That was near the peak of the SPAC market. You can see why it failed, because NASDAQ pulled back. Nasdaq had a big run, multi-month run. You wanna buy breakouts when the market comes out of a multi-month sideways consolidation or a multi-month sell-off. Here, good time to buy breakouts. Here, not so much. And that's why it's failed. The setup itself was okay, but once the market is straight up for multiple months, you gotta be careful buying breakouts. The setups themselves were okay. But the market started pulling back mid-February and everything failed. When is the best time to buy breakouts? Chat, come on. Come on, chat. When is the best time to buy breakouts? What do we want to see in the moving averages? After correction? Yeah, but the moving averages. When the 10-day is above the 20-day, yeah, more. Rising 10-day, 20-day. We want to see the 10-day above the 20-day, and both the 10-day and 20-day need to be rising. Or one of them can be sideways, but at least one of them needs to be rising. That's when you have good conditions, generally, for breakouts. In late February, the 10-day had started sloping down, the 20-day was sideways. So that was a warning sign. That you shouldn't buy breakouts. NIO, big move, pulled back to the 10-day, started building a flag and it went straight up. Why did it go straight up? Well, because the market had just come out of a multi-month correction. And that was the start of a multi-month move. And NIO had shown strength all the way. That's a good time to buy breakouts, when the market comes out of a multi-month sideways or multi-month correction. Not when the market has already run for two, three months straight up, and it's starting to lose momentum. Not a good time to buy breakouts.”

Qullamaggie on the Importance of Leading Stocks “And like people post setups all the time on my stream. People post setups all the time, and this is the hard part — identifying a really good setup versus something that’s random and mediocre. Because that’s gonna also reflect on your results. If you trade the random setups, your results are gonna be random too. You want to find the outlier stocks. You want to see if it has relative strength. The best time to trade this breakout method is after a pullback in the markets. You want to see the stocks that held up the most — the ones that had big moves previously and held up the most. And if you master this setup, if you trade this setup coming out of a small correction, like say a 5-10 or 15% correction in the overall indices, that’s almost like free money for this type of setup. Because if you can identify the stocks that held up the most during the correction — that maybe went down initially but then stopped going down as the correction went on, and actually started building higher lows — that’s telling you something. If you have a stock that’s gone up a lot, and then it stops going down when the market goes down, you know the stock is trying to tell you something. And that’s what leading stocks do. Like every bull market, this is obviously the case. I’m gonna talk more about it later. You obviously need an up-trending or sideways market to trade this method. You have leading stocks — the stocks that go up the most and are the most liquid. And those are really the stocks you want to trade. They’re mostly mid and large caps, but even a small cap can be a leading stock. Those are really the stocks that don’t go down when the market goes down. It’s like you try to push a tennis ball underwater — it just pops back up. And those are the type of stocks you want to find when trading this method.”
