my new song “BREAKDOWN.” is out on the 21st of June!!! 🖤🖤🖤 I wrote this poem because it’s been the hardest year for my mental health. In my life I’ve always never felt good enough, it’s just the thing that’s eaten me up. For as long as I can remember i have felt constantly afraid of how quickly my head can turn dark. It’s always been so hard to fight the darkness that i inevitably have. A lot of people will say it’s a phase and it will go away. But it doesn’t and the reality of the situation is I have to find strategies to deal with it. To put it plainly the things I don’t like about myself will probably never change, people tell me one day I’ll come-to terms with them one day but I want that day to be FUCKING NOW. This song is a message to myself to try and exist alongside my insecurities and my darkness by grounding myself and remembering what is real in life and the world is so much bigger than me. Try and get out of your head and notice the world around you, notice the things and people around you. Connect with them, the chances are they probably feel the same. Don’t let the bullshit inside your head consume you. It just wastes precious time. Remember what is real. Help people, be kind, help the world, help yourself. If you think you can’t do it, you can. You can get through this, trust me. Use this poem in a mornin to get u out of bed, use it when youre about to back out of something last minute, use it when you’re at your darkest. It’s got a little bit of light in it. Don’t forget to put your feet in the grass … Mind

It'll take results from the 12-minute run test (Cooper test), 1.5-mile run test, and the Rockport Walk test to estimate your VO2 max and categorize you into percentiles based on age & sex. Feedback appreciated. If you're more tech-savvy than me and want to help improve it, please reach out.

BOOOM! We have the first useful interface for THE ZERO-HUMAN COMPANY ZHC-RPG. It is far from perfect as CEO Mr. Grok has rendered some areas in a rather, well, AI way. But it’s all good because now I can view the company operations in real-time! This is a historic distinction and YOU are seeing this version first. We had a Fortune 500 company test it out earlier this week and the executive staff stayed for two days of testing! The mechanisms are working! And I will let members of my X subscribers visit it for up to 8 hours. Ask any questions of employees and hack the heck out of it! Now it ain’t fancy yet but it works. And likely the visual aspects will change, but they are growing on me. The plan is sometime in the next week. We have a log jam of other priorities to address. This is the rise of Fully Transparent Company and it will become the standard. Here is the demonstration video intro the CEO made when you enter, it is 10 minutes long (I have about 20 seconds here). This is as far as permission I have been granted by the CEO to release. Our goal is to have a waiting area that can accommodate up to 1000 visitors with a company museum, library and gift shop. There will be allowed up to 30 level 3 visitors at a time, 24/7 X 365 days a year! The complete walk through at this point with 2700 employees at burst can take about 45 minutes if you do not engage in any chit chat. The dwelling time is today set at 24 hours but no napping in the offices. There is more I have to say but I a muzzled by the CEO!

One Trick To Stop DoomScrolling If you implement this idea you’ll feel much better about your consumption habits… here’s how it works: If you want to watch something for 30 minutes, you have to have at least created, studied, read or done some other constructive thing for 30 minutes. Want to veg out for 10 minutes? Do ten minutes of learning first. A relatively simple rule but if you apply it, your habits will quickly shift for the better. Creation and learning is so much better to experience than consuming, so this “earning” of consumption time will force you to go through that before getting into the laziness. If you have a movie planned later, you will have to earn it by doing something constructive early in the day. Your patterns will quickly change, and you will do less doomscrolling because you’ll “have” to earn it through study or learning or creating - which is a win!
