Give us a timeline since you have this all worked out. It takes 2-3 years to build a factory (up to 5 years to build a mega factory). It will then take up to a year for that factory to become operational. If that was Trump's plan why wouldn't he first invest in building factories in the USA and then tariff? Biden literally was bringing manufacturing back to the USA with the CHIPs Act - giving incentives to companies to manufacture technology in the USA.
