Rep Ben Cline asks AG Pam Bondi why they're STILL enforcing a registration requirement, and the felony criminal penalties that come with it, for NFA items despite the "tax" being removed as of January 1st this year. She responds that it's "pending litigation" which is technically true. However, it's only true because her DOJ hasn't dropped their support of it in court.
