It has been one whole year since DustBia Official was created— a journey that began as a simple group supporting 𝗗𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗬𝘂 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗮 𝗗𝗲 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗮, but grew into something so much deeper. Here we are, 365 days later, still standing and still loving them with the same heart we had at the very beginning. A year ago, we built more than just a fandom; 𝘄𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲. Ashutosh Sharma gave 6 years of his life just to enter the Army. He faced rejection 13 times. Imagine the resilience it takes to cry in your brother's arms after a failure, only to wake up the next morning and say, "𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲." 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 This is the part that broke me. While he was leading the 21 Rashtriya Rifles in Kashmir, his dream house in Jaipur was finally finished. He had promised his wife, Pallavi:"𝗜’𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗵𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀𝗵." The invitations were ready. The life he fought so hard to build was waiting for him. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗮 May 2020. Pitch dark. Pouring rain. He could have ordered an airstrike. He was the CO; he could have commanded from the back. But he knew civilians were trapped. So, the man who waited 13 attempts to join the Army didn't hesitate for 1 second to risk it all. He went into Close Quarter Battle to save strangers. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 The civilians came out alive. The terrorists were killed. But the radio went silent. The "Tiger" never responded. He returned to Jaipur not for the housewarming he promised, but draped in the Tricolour. Kent has been coding for 52 years, and the last decade, he’s gotten a lot more tired of all of it: learning yet another new language or framework, or debugging the issues when using the latest framework. What he loves about these AI agents (and AI coding tools) is how he doesn’t need to know exactly all the details: he can now be a lot more ambitious in his projects. Currently, Kent is building a server in Smalltalk (that he’s been wanting to do for many years) and a Language Server Protocol (LSP) for Smalltalk 𝟮. 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗻𝗼 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟭, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗞𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆. Here are great observations from Ebi Atawodi - currently Director of Product Management at YouTube Studio, and a former product leader at Netflix and Uber. 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗠/𝗣𝗠/𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿/𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲. At work, roles are somewhat artificial. What is not artificial is the person behind the role. It made a massive difference when I got to know the “real Ebi” behind “Ebi, the product manager” — and the other way around, about “Gergely, the engineering manager.” It’s a lot easier to trust a partner when you know more about them than “just” their role at work. 𝟯. 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 — 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁. As tempting as it is to “game the system” of performance reviews or promotions: both Ebi and I agree that you absolutely can game whatever system your company has in place to fast-track that next promotion, or try to get better performance reviews. But the people who do this, others around them notice — especially engineers! What speeds them up in the short term often slows them down in the long term. This is because more senior positions often need strong referrals: and someone who was visibly focused on their own advancement only can struggle to get these. Do standout work, help others when you can, and be kind to others around you, and years later, other standout colleagues could well tap your shoulder, wanting to recruit you to the companies they are currently at. This is how Ebi often got recruited for increasingly senior roles.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁? Some of you may have heard of the cabbage patch phenomenon that the very first movie ever made was about children being harvested from cabbages. Postcards, art, movies, and photos were common in this time, not only of children coming from cabbage patches but stating explicitly this was for repopulation. I believe firmly that everything can be found in the Word of God, and the book of Jasher is mentioned twice, by name, in Scripture. 𝗝𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝟲𝟳:𝟱𝟯-𝟲𝟭 details how God had the children of Israel swallowed up by the Earth, raised by ministering angels, vomited out of the Earth and then plowed up exactly as one would an herb from the field. 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗿? If we are the 2nd resurrection of those born before Jesus finally given a chance to accept Him as Lord and Savior, it wouldn't make sense to have our forefathers resurrected on their deathbed, but as children to prove they truly choose Jesus over the temptations of the world. Many are out there saying this was some type of cloning operation, but this is a deception. They took these poor children and showed them off in the now infamous world fairs. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿? They were trying to claim credit for these children as a work of science and not of God, just like everything around this time it had to be hidden and obfuscated and the world fair was ground zero for mass indoctrination. Also, around this time, there were tons of children being sold, put to work in factories, re-educated by freemasons, and taken around the nation in what is now known as the "orphan trains." Even more troubling is the fact that massive insane asylums appeared everywhere and the price of admission was often so-called "religious fanatasim", I believe these were the people who wouldn't shut up about the Millennial Kingdom and had to be silenced. If Satan had 1,000 years to craft a plan and an army of freemasons to carry it out, how long would it take to decieve a generation of children? 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹.
