Secretary of State Marco Rubio Secretary Marco Rubio said he would “love” to comment on the War Powers Act before declaring it unconstitutional: “The War Powers Act is unconstitutional, 100%.” It’s worth noting that Thomas Massie Thomas Massie recently co-sponsored the War Powers Act with Ilhan Omar Ilhan Omar. Massie, Omar, and the elected Dems are completely lawless.

SECRETARY RUBIO: The War Powers Act is 100% unconstitutional. This has been the position of every single presidential administration since this law passed. It’s an infringement on the president’s constitutional powers.

🚨 BOMBSHELL: Secretary Rubio just stated that he believes the War Powers Act, which Democrats keep trying to invoke to stop President Trump's Iran operations, is UNCONSTITUTIONAL "The War Powers Act is unconstitutional, 100%. Now, this is not the position of me, not the position of the President of the United States now. This is the position of EVERY SINGLE president that has occupied this position since the day that law passed. It's completely unconstitutional. Now, we comply with it in terms of notification because we want to preserve good relations with Congress, right? And we do that, but even as a Senator, I would say that the War Powers Act is 100% unconstitutional."

BREAKING: Marco Rubio is NOT BACKING DOWN to the threats of a democratic lead War Powers resolution over their actions in Iran: "We've OVER COMPLIED with the law and what it requires." "Congress votes on those. They can if they want. There are mechanisms for it and we've complied with the war powers act even though we believe it's unconstitutional as has every other administration. Every other president has found the war powers act to be unconstitutional and nonetheless we notified the gang of eight which was an appropriate mechanism by which to notify congress. We sent a notification within 48 hours the way the law requires." Rubio is NUKING them from orbit!

"Under the War Powers Act of 1973, the administration must notify Congress within 48 hours of introducing troops into a conflict. Secretary of State Rubio did that," Congressional correspondent Lisa Desjardins said. "Now, the War Powers Act also says that presidents can only continue that conflict for 60 to 90 days. However, most presidents have ignored the War Powers Act," Desjardins added.

As the Senate failed to advance a war powers measure for the seventh time on Wednesday that would limit President Trump’s ability to use military force against Iran, Sen. Lindsey Graham called the War Powers Resolution “patently unconstitutional.” “The whole concept of a war powers act is dangerous, absurd, and will lead to just chaos,” Graham (R-SC) said. "You can't have Congress running wars," he added. "If you want to stop war, stop the funding.”

In the middle of a major military campaign, critics claim the president must first ask permission from Congress. I explain why that claim is misleading — and why presidents from both parties have rejected the War Powers Act as unconstitutional. I break down the constitutional truth about presidential war powers and why politicians keep using the War Powers Act of 1973 to attack the Commander-in-Chief. The Constitution gives Congress the power to declare war, but it gives the president the authority to command the military and protect the country. 🔥🚨 BREAKING — The U.S. House has approved an anti-Trump War Powers Resolution aimed at restricting military action against Iran by a vote of 215-208. Cheers were heard on the floor following passage. Four Republicans joined Democrats in voting yes: Massie, Fitzpatrick, Barrett, and Davidson. The resolution is largely viewed as symbolic since President Trump has long maintained that the War Powers Act is unconstitutional.
