As of now, it is known that at least 13 people were injured. First responders and all services are working on the spot. Pressure on the terrorist state must be increased. Every day, we must respond to Russian terror with our results on the frontlines. And we are doing exactly that. Terror and murder will not get Russia anywhere. Terrorists will end up facing justice for everything they have done.

Kyiv and the region, as well as the Sumy, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions, were targeted. In Kharkiv, a maternity hospital, a dormitory housing displaced persons, a medical college, and residential buildings have been damaged. As of now, dozens of people have been reported injured, including a child. In the capital and the surrounding region, the Russians' main targets were energy facilities. Tragically, this attack has claimed the life of one person. My condolences to their family and loved ones. All necessary services are now working at the sites of the Russian strikes, eliminating all consequences: rescuers, medical teams, municipal services, energy workers, and repair crews. Putin drowns the world in his rhetoric, but his only true message is written in destruction and death, delivered through every missile and drone Russia sends. This evening, a Russian missile hit a nine-story residential building. There are confirmed fatalities, including children. Many people are wounded. Emergency services are on the scene, doing everything to save lives. But what is still missing—and desperately needed—is the principled reaction of the world to this evil. These days, leaders of the G20 are meeting. The entire world needs them not to turn a blind eye to Russia’s continued terror. Only when the world reacts decisively can the situation change. Russia has involved North Korea in its war—and the reaction has been weak. Russia has continued its terror for nearly 1,000 days—and the world’s decisions are still delayed. Two years ago, at the G20 Summit, Ukraine presented the Peace Formula—a clear path to ending this war. Yet it has not been implemented. The time to act is now. Russia brutally struck the central part of Lviv, a city of exceptional cultural value and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Damage was caused to the UNESCO World Heritage. I urge UNESCO Director-General Khaled El-Enany to immediately respond to this crime in the strongest terms. Ukraine will use all available mechanisms to protect our cultural heritage and ensure accountability. Russia’s brutal violations of international law must be met with accountability. Not only the center, but also residential areas of Lviv have been struck. Throughout the day, Russia is terrorising many cities accross Ukraine with swarms of “Shahed” drones: Lviv, Ternopil, Vinnytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, and others. There are damages and casualties among civilians. Russia is doing exactly what the Iranian regime is doing in the Middle East, but in the middle of Europe. They are opposed to this Over 300 Russians, whose flights from Moscow to Dubai were disrupted amid the U.S. and Israel's attacks on Iran, are demanding to be returned to Russia.
