Same drill. Same body. 17 MPH difference. 🔥 The top pitcher throws 95. The bottom throws 78. Watch why 👀 ❌ Bottom: his lift leg flies open early — he rotates too soon and his front side collapses. All that power leaks out. ✅ Top: he stays closed, then...

Send this to the pitcher who’s been stuck at 78 all season. Same arm speed. 17 mph apart. The difference is what the front leg does AFTER the foot lands. The 95 guy braces the front leg and lets the body whip over it — that’s 2X, front leg extension. The 78 guy sinks into it, and the energy leaks out the bottom. What the research actually says: - Every 1° of lead knee extension from foot contact to ball release was worth +0.47 m/s of ball velocity — about 1 mph per degree. (Dowling et al., Orthop J Sports Med, 2024 · n = 100 pitchers · R²=0.22, p<.001) - In 322 professional pitchers, the 90 mph group extended the lead knee 17°. The 81 mph group: 5°. (Dowling et al., Sports Biomechanics, 2022) - The braking force in the front leg is what creates the rotational power that gets transferred into the arm. (Howenstein, Kipp & Sabick, J Biomech, 2020) - Stride-leg ground reaction force predicted up to 61% of ball velocity. Drive-leg force predicted none of it. (McNally et al., J Strength Cond Res, 2015) The cue: keep the front knee behind the heel. Brace it — don’t ride it. Want your own numbers? 🚨MUST WATCH: Palm Beach Pete Just Took A Lie Detector Test And Failed Miserably Results That Prove He's Hiding Something.📈❌ Palm Beach Pete, in a desperate attempt to prove he is NOT Jeffrey Epstein, just took a lie detector test and FAILED IT MISERABLY. He was caught being deceptive on the most critical question of all: "Have you and Jeffrey Epstein ever been in the same room together?" Watch him squirm. First, he tries to downplay it: "I was at a party and he was at that party. I never spoke to him. I never met him." Then, when pressed, he admits: "So the answer is yes, the answer was yes. I was in a room and he was in the same room." And the polygrapher's devastating response? "No, I'm getting a little deception there." Pete's final, pathetic words? "What can I tell you?" I don't know the truth! You don't know the truth? A man goes on national television, desperate to clear his name from the biggest conspiracy of the century, and his final defense is "I don't know the truth"? That's not a denial. That's a confession. This is the most pathetic attempt at a cover-up we have ever seen. An innocent man doesn't fail a polygraph about his connection to the person he supposedly looks like. An innocent man doesn't fumble his own story. An innocent man doesn't end his defense by claiming he doesn't know the truth. He failed the test. He was caught in a lie. He has the same face, the same teeth, the same tattoo, the same locations, the same "partnerships," and now, he has a failed polygraph to his name. How much more proof does the world need? They faked Epstein's death, and this bumbling fool is the result. He failed the lie detector test. Share this everywhere. The truth is coming out, whether they like it or not. 🇺🇸⚓️ From: Dom Lucre | Breaker of Narratives

how to use Google's NEW open source Design.md + AI Skills to make your startup look like a $100 million company in 1 hour: 1. Design.md is an open source file from Google that captures the soul of a design. Typography, colors, spacing, all in one markdown file. You attach it to your prompt and your agent builds beautiful things every time. 2. Think of it this way. The HTML is the finished dish. The design.md is the recipe. The skills are the ingredients. Put them together and everything you build looks consistent and professional. 3. Don't create a design system from scratch. Find a brand you love. Linear, Stripe, Vercel, whatever resonates. Study it. Use ChatGPT or Claude to help you extract the design language into your own design.md file. 4. Build skills on top of your design.md. A landing page skill. A mobile app skill. A motion design skill. A slide deck skill. Each one references the same design.md so everything looks like it came from the same designer. 5. The biggest mistake people make: they nail one screen and then everything else looks generic. Design.md solves this. One file keeps every page, every format, every medium consistent. 6. Use it across everything. Your landing page. Your app. Your pitch deck. Your promo videos. Same DNA. Same taste. Same system. That's what separates a startup that looks real from one that looks vibe-coded. 7. Build a second brain for design inspiration. When you see something beautiful in the real world or online, capture it. Save it. When you're building something new, reference it. Taste is developed, not downloaded. 8. It's obvious but the difference between a product people trust and a product people bounce from is how it looks and feels. Design.md gives you that edge. you can watch below shoutout to Meng To for coming on The Startup Ideas Podcast (SIP) 🧃 and walking through his full workflow. if you want to use AI to actually build gorgeous designs, you'll want to use see this. watch

Garry Kasparov unleashes the truth: putin’s war is pure survival, not strategy. Garry Kasparov nails it: putin isn't some rational leader. He's a dictator obsessed with staying in power for 25 years and counting. This war? It's his life support, infecting every part of Russia. Forget ideology, he is a one-man mafia boss, desperate to project strength. He won't stop until he declares 'victory,' which he can't get, so he'll just keep expanding the war. He literally couldn't care less about how many Russians die as long as he controls Moscow and St. Petersburg. Trump even offered him an 'out' twice, and putin rejected it because it would make him look weak - and weakness means the whole flock turns on him. He's even eyeing a test of NATO's Article 5 and hoping his far-right buddies take over Europe. The West's slow reaction and constant reliance on America has just emboldened him. Kasparov is right, the only thing that changes Russia is a Ukrainian victory, and fast. Garry Kasparov: I hate starting to talk with criticism but this time I have to point out that your question basically repeated the same mistake in evaluation because you tried to analyze putin’s actions from the position of the responsible national leader. Everything you said is absolutely correct. vladimir's putin’s rule is devastating for Russia and I believe it will end to the collapse of the Russian Empire which is long overdue. But vladimir putin’s calculations are not based on this rational thinking. His view is very different. He is in power for 25 years and counting. That’s all that matters for him. He’s a dictator and he works for one thing: only survival. He’s still there. And the war has become the only way to keep him in power. War now is in every layer of Russian society, from the very top of the government to industries all the way down to kindergartens. It’s infected by the war virus and that's how putin stays in power. Interviewer: So that makes him different from let's say Soviet leaders or or even some of the tsar’s right? Again you should look at Soviet leaders based on the political momentum, just obviously Soviet leaders that we remember, you and me, so like Brezhnev, they had different calculations. But also don't forget the Soviet leaders after Stalin. They were ruling the country that had strong ideology and communist party. I'm not here to advocate for the communist party or for any kind of ideology but there's a fundamental difference between the party rule which is a mafia structure and the one man dictatorship. putin shifted Russia to a one man dictatorship where everything depends on an individual who is on the top of power, who becomes at certain time a spine of the whole system. And this system depends on his survival, demonstrating his strengths is to be a macho, to be an alpha, surrounded by other mafia bosses. And that's why, you know, his current position today is, you may call it desperate, but I don't think he he sees it the same way. He will continue the war as long as he has the resources. And this is something that the free world is just getting to understand. That was my main criticism to the west. vladimir putin, for a long time was at open war, those were hybrid at the time with the free world. And the free world, and especially Europe, was not willing to hear the messages, to see the messages and to respond accordingly. 1/2
