1. Find a reference video I’ve always wanted to create a fight scene where characters teleport "Dragon Ball style." Before Seedance, every generation would render the teleportation effect differently, making it impossible to stitch various clips together into a cohesive fight where a character performs the same movement multiple times. Now, it’s simple. First, create a short video of the teleportation effect. Since Seedance is quite restrictive regarding IP content uploads, I used Vidu Q3 to create a short clip of the effect. To replicate the exact movement, I used an original Dragon Ball still frame as a reference. Vidu Q3 also supports references and is incredibly useful for guiding generations. Note: I splitted the output in two different clips, first for the appear VFX and the second for the disappear VFX. Prompt: Character of "Image1" does a teleportation VFX in dragon ball style with smeared lines. "Image2" is an example of the transition of the teleport VFX.

2. Upload your Video reference to Seedance and reference the action in the prompt Specific animation references work best with short clips, such as movements lasting 2–3 seconds. In your prompt, try to specify clearly when the reference should be executed. You can use timestamps like "in the second 00:03" or "in the second 5 of the shot," or describe when the action happens using logical connectors: while, then, after that, before. Prompt Video 1: "Video1"= teleport appear VFX. "Video2"= teleport dissapear VFX Do a japanese fast paced cut high stylized figh scene. (0-2s) "Image1" first frame. Characters look at each other, prepare for fight and dissapear doing a "teleport dissapear VFX" with smear lines in the style of "Video2" (2s-5s): Camera starts with a wide shot of the environment, empty, and then character 1 suddenly appears doing a "teleport appear VFX" movement in the style of "Video1". He then he flights righ to the camera with his punch charged, typical sakuga figh shot where the camera shows his face extremely close to camera, and then focus in the punch (5s-6s) Wide shot of character one approaching charater 2 with his punch . He throws the punch but character 2 dodges it dissapearing with a "teleport dissapear VFX" movemente, in the style of "Video1" (6s-8s): shot in low angle showing character 1 first missing the punch and then character 2 appearing behind character one with a "teleport appear VFX" in the style of "Video1" and executing a kick with full force that imapcts in the head of character 2. (8s-10s) wide shot of character one thrown to the air at high speed, with lot of smear frames, movment directly aproaching the camera (10s-12s) wide shot, ccharacter 2 dissapears doing a "teleport dissapear VFX" movement in the style of "Video2" to go near the character thrown in the air (12s-15s) character 2 appears next to character one with a "teleport appear VFX" movement in the style of "Video1" while character one is in the air at high speed and then performa an extremly violent punch, while the camera does an extreme push in to the punch Prompt Video 2: "Image1" as first-frame composition and character placement reference. "Video1" as special high-speed movement reference. Create an 11-second anime action shot with two characters in the same environment. Keep character identity consistent throughout. Use the first reference for the opening composition. Use the second reference only for the high-speed movement behavior, afterimage trails, motion rhythm, and transformation logic. 0s-2s: Two characters stand facing each other and talk briefly.Match the framing and starting pose from "Image1". Stable shot, clear readability, calm before the attack. 2s-6s: Character 1 launches a special high-speed move. Use "Video1" as the movement reference. Character 1 moves at lightning speed, rapidly dashing back and forth across the screen. Create elongated afterimage streaks, intense motion blur, smear frames, and fast directional trails. The real body is almost impossible to track.T he movement should feel explosive, aggressive, and extremely fast. 6s-8s: Character 2 turns his head left and right, trying to follow the attack. He is tense and alert, scanning both sides of the screen. The afterimage streaks keep flashing around him at high speed. 8s-11s: Character 2 executes a decisive sword slash that intercepts one of the high-speed afterimage streaks. The strike cuts through the elongated moving mass effect and breaks the technique. At that moment, Character 1 is forced out of the special high-speed form from"Video1" .The afterimage collapses and reveals the real body of Character 1. Character 1 falls to the ground after being stopped mid-technique. Visual priorities: anime action, extreme speed readability, strong silhouette separation, clean character consistency, dramatic timing, crisp sword impact, controlled chaos, cinematic motion clarity.

3. Extra TIPs for prompting Do a rough prompt first with your own words. Then ask an LLM to rewrite the full prompt so Seedance has a better clarity of it. I find Chatgpt works better for this task than Gemini. You can ask spcifically to the LLM to write a prompt to describe the type of animation you want. You can even upload the video to Gemini/ChatGpt and ask it to analyze it and then extract the componets you are interested in (specific animatinos, colours, framing, camera movement, even the overall video) Example: Input for ChatGPT: "Write a prompt to describe an animation of Hunter x Hunter Hisoka, where he moves at high speed and appeares as an elongated mas of smearead blurry body. It appears in varoous spots in the same shot. Adapt the text prompt for Seedance 2.0 understanding" Output: "Create a dynamic anime action shot of Hisoka from Hunter x Hunter moving at extreme speed across the frame. His movement is so fast that his body stretches into a long distorted smear, like an elongated blurred mass of color and motion, with strong directional deformation. He appears in multiple positions within the same shot due to his speed, leaving behind successive afterimages and motion trails that clearly show his path through space. The effect should feel like high-end hand-drawn anime speed animation: stylized smear frames, stretched anatomy, motion blur, duplicated positions in one frame, rapid displacement, and aggressive visual momentum. Keep Hisoka recognizable in silhouette, costume colors, and overall design, but emphasize speed distortion over clean body detail during the fast movement. Style: premium modern anime, sharp cinematic composition, dramatic action energy, stylized 2D smear animation, strong motion readability, high-speed teleport-like movement, dynamic afterimages, impact-driven staging. Important: - show multiple visible positions of the character in the same shot - body becomes a stretched blurry smear during the fastest motion - preserve clear direction of travel - use anime-style deformation, not realistic live-action blur - make the movement feel violent, instant, and superhuman - keep the shot readable and visually striking"

Vidu Q3 is on par with SeeDance 2.0 when it comes to anime 💪

Combining both tools is the actual endgame 🔥

OMG, you just blow my mind. This totally changes editing

Yeah, coherence in spells, transformations, light animations, specific movements of characters... You can prompt a specific movement and relate it in the prompt to get exactly the animation you want, without dealing with random looks that do not match between different gens.

🔥🔥

Very helpful - thanks for the workflow.

On what platform are you using it?

Official websites. and

GG!!👍

Sir, I want to ask, can everything be combined into one? VFX, color grading, etc., and make it into one reference? By the way, I'm using Seedance 2.0 Omni.

It is better to work by steps. Step 1: animation. Step 2: color grading and extra VFX, etc. This reduced the randomness of AI gen.

Okeyy noted , thank you sir

🔥🔥

It is awesome

🔥

Tried Vidu Q3 for the first time and the result was great, clear graphics.

cool bro

Sir do you have tutorials for UGC? Front facing avatars that promote products like peptides? An influencer who explains history etc? I hope you could read my question. Thank you!

I don't usually do that kind of videos, but I can make them under request. You have specific tools for them: - Kling Motion Control: record yourself and replace you with stylized AI generated Influencers - Higgsfield influencer studio: specifically designed for that kind of videos -Heygen: avatars for that kind of content -Dreamina AI avatars: the company behind seedance 2.0 has features of AI avatrs designed specifically for that kind of content Also useful: -Nano banana and Midjourney for generating the source images with professional photogrpahy look -Elevenlabs: design a unique voice for your avatar and upload the voiceover to the platform You then can use seedance 2.0 and Kling to modify specific parts of the Gen AI footage

I am currently using Seedance 2.0 full version. Thank you for response sir. I am currently looking for Seedance 2.0 UGC tutorials but infortunately no dice :(

I will try to make a small tutorial in this series

Thank you thank you sir! Looking forward to it. If you have donation, I'll donate whatever I can. You're helping my job and I can't wait to see the tutorial. Thank you so much 🙏🏼

This is incredible. Thanks for sharing with all of us!

Why not just create it with vidu since that also supports references

Because Q3 does not have references, and video references in Vidu Q2 do not use to work properly

Interesting, I haven’t tried this one yet! I'm definitely going to play around with it. Thanks for sharing!

@PocketScreenAI Great workflow boss! 🔥

incrível!

@PocketScreenAI Really incredible workflow! Thanks for sharing VP💫

Incredible. So seedance can use a screenshot that you use to reference and it can block it such as Dragon ball still images?

Seedance allows video, image and audio references. For this clip I uploaded a video reference for the dragon ball teleport movement

I asked because you mentioned that you used vudu because that db still image you can't use on seedance since they can just know from that single image they can block it?

I can't use an original DB clip in seedance, so I replicated it in Vidu

Holy fuck. Seedance 2 can identify exact sections of a video 😳😳😳

Prompt adherence is brutal 😃😃

Finally got access today. Will experiment. Your posts are very helpful buddy.

Thanks mate, keep watching because I have found more amazing workflows and I will be publishing them!!

Yes, waiting.

When Seedance 2 came out, this was the feature I was most excited about

It is a step up in control for gen AI. Many things can be achieved with this model.

Another amazing workflow @voxelplot Keep em comin!
