the way I see it it's ok if you don't have time for a donut tutorial or if your art teacher traumatised you and you need a bit of motivation 😌 If used right, this tech can be great for newcomers and handy for professionals. Building walls around it won't put it back in the box.

Producing means deciding what the shots should be, how they connect, how the pacing feels and what needs to change. GPT Image 2.5 is coming to CapCut and will be available through Design Studio and AI Image. I used it to build the storyboard for an iPhone Duo commercial. Then CapCut PC + Seedance 2.5 took it into video production, with editing and AI-powered refinement after generation. This is not a videogame. No engine. No 3D models. No code. I built it with 3 tools: Midjourney 8.2 for the character and the world. Seedance 2.5 for every shot. Topaz Astra to upscale it. The trick is not the tools. It's how you prompt. I described the camera like a game camera. Rigid follow distance. Snap turns. A HUD locked to the screen. The model did the rest. Here's what I learned: Lock your character first. One clean character sheet. Reference it in every generation. This is what stops the drift. Prompt the medium, not just the scene. "Gameplay capture" gives you a different image than "cinematic shot". Flat exposure, deep focus, no film grain. That's what makes it read as a game. Fights come out stiff. Everyone takes turns. Tell the model everything happens at once and re-render until it does. Generate short clips. Cut them yourself. Add music in post. You have more control than one long generation will ever give you. Now the bigger picture. Video models are becoming world models. They are learning how things move, react, collide. The gap between "video that looks like a game" and "a game you can play" is closing. Soon you won't prompt a trailer. You'll prompt the game itself. The world, the character, the rules. Then you walk in. When that happens, the engine won't be the skill. Your ability to direct worlds will be.

This could be a pretty big shift for small brands. You don't always need a full production setup to test a product ad anymore. GPT Image 2.5 is coming to CapCut, where it will be available through Design Studio and AI Image. I used it to create two product visuals, then took those images into CapCut PC and generated a commercial with Seedance 2.5. From there, the video can be edited and refined like any other commercial project. The workflow is basically: Product → Visuals → Video → Ad. Don't be fooled by Albo's announcement on alcohol taxes. The freeze is temporarily. It just pauses the excise increases for draught beer served from a keg or cask. This means it only applies to beer served in a pub, bar or distillery. It won't help when you buy a slab and it won't help if a bar sells beer in bottles or tins. It does nothing for any other types of alcohol and is just a copy of the recent policy announced by One Nation.

i probably shouldn't be giving this away but f*ck it i built an agent that turns your ad script into model-specific prompts for AI video generation, based on skills for each model i use day-to-day here's how it works: > pick your mode - first frame or full video generation > pick your model - gpt-image-2, omni, kling, seedance 2.0 or 2.5 > paste your script - it splits it into scenes > get a prompt per scene, tuned for the exact model you picked most people think the model is what makes the ad... and it's true, but the prompt is what gets you a good generation on the first try instead of wasting money on rerolls - seedance wants timestamps. - omni wants references tagged. - gpt-image wants art direction and reference feed them all the same generic prompt and they all hand you slop these skills took me months of daily reps to get right, now i'm sharing it with you RT + reply "SCENES" and i'll send you the full thing so you can run in on your PC (must follow so i can dm)

RuneLite recently extended the camera API to make this possible as a plugin! Many ways to improve it, looking to make it as useful as possible for video stuff. I've submitted a basic version to the plugin hub and it'll hopefully be available in the near future.
