We have a famous example which happened in a reality TV show very recently where a group of girls accused a guy with false allegation with 60 cameras monitoring the show. they did that on purpose to make a man loose a reality show so that they could win. When there is no safety for men even with 60 cameras around where would be the term equality come in play ? Treat everyone equally With respect.

Men shall learn law at least upto basic level. And thats how they can be cautious in this women centric law system. Thats the only way out currently.

Yes, severe punishment is needed for false case to deter women from using these laws as extortion against men. Yes, women should be deterred from filing such cases when overwhelming majority of these cases are FALSE.

She is not listening to understand the concern, but waiting to reply. Women like these who love with their fathers and talk about being highly independent individuals could never understand how a man lives his life if he is facing a case with false allegations.

I totally agree with you mam, there should be a law & a punishment act for the people who file false rape cases.
