Sim Racing stewards - Who is at fault?

Not a steward and will be interested to hear their views, the LMP is there but I don't see how you can reasonably expect the GT3 to change its line at that point on the track.

The GT3 did actually mess up their line by turning in tad and apexing too early and clipping the inside curb. They're about a car widths left of where they usually would be. But it was my fault for going for the high risk move in the first place.

Higher class cars doing the overtake always their fault, especially here on this part of the track

Not always faster class fault, but here yes.

The LMP should have waited, too risky a move and so it proved.

Awful decision making by the LMP to pass there. 1. GTs never expect you to dive there. From so far back into the apex. 2. GTs are on the limit of grip there and cannot deviate their line once committed. They don't have the aero that you do.

Silly place to overtake, especially like that. Points on license.

LMP all day. Extremely low percentage move. GT tried to adjust his line, which caused him to clip the curb on the right, but he knew he would need more curb if he was to somehow not hit the LMP, so he was put in a really bad spot with a very low chance for success.

Even if you discount the 'onus is on higher class car to facilitate safe overtake' it's still the Proto's fault here. Waiting costs time, sure. But would have kept everyone in the race.

The BMW. Failure to signal when changing lanes.
