Elon Musk: If simulation theory is correct, the most interesting outcome is the most likely. Because simulations that are not interesting will be terminated. Just like in this version of reality, on this layer of reality, when a simulation goes in a boring direction, we stop spending effort on it. We terminate the boring simulation. I have a theory here. If simulation theory is correct, then there’s a tendency toward interesting outcomes. Because in this reality, when something is boring, we don’t keep paying for it. We stop the simulation. The boring ones don’t survive. As long as they’re interesting, they’ll keep paying the bills. Whatever the equivalent is of the cosmic AWS bill that this reality is running on, if things remain interesting enough, they’ll keep paying to keep it running.

Many of the world's religious traditions tell us that the world around us is an illusion created for our benefit. It just renders into reality like the simulation forgot to load a frame. Slow the footage down and it only gets more impossible. If this isn’t a glitch in the matrix, then explain it.
