This is what I mean when I say just because you pay a trainer to set up cones for you doesn’t mean that trainer knows what to coach. It’s details like this that so many youth trainers and coaches miss out on

Good stuff Steve. Question --- what else do u recommend for the kids who aren't naturally athletic?

My step kid is in the 7th grade, I try to get him to do drills, as he just made the basketball team which he begged to be on. To get him to learn to fundamentals, is challenging he doesn’t want to do the work.
