Smash Factor Balls are great for training bat speed because they allow for high-intensity swings without punishment for mishits. But that bat speed has to carry over into hitting baseballs. Bat Speed Derby with both types of balls using Blast Motion for a tight feedback loop.

Try & swing too hard & you will be inconsistent. You want high bat speed & exit velocity for sure. But that comes from the weight room, proper nutrition, & a bat speed plan.
