To be fair there's no time of the day called "dawn" or "dusk"...those are just fancy literature we have created over time for morning and evening. Morning 00:00 - 11:59 (good morning) Noon 12:00 - 16:59 (good afternoon) Evening 17:00 - 23:00 (good evening)
