They're a bit different. Copilot uses AI to auto-suggest code, while Bloop is more of a ChatGPT-like tool that allows you to talk with code.

Been seeing a few of these tools pop up. is one. They all essentially use the same mechanism underneath which is fascinating technically. Non parametric retriever via vector index of the codebase combined with chatgpt.
