Later that year The First Tribe of the True Israelites opened up a camp about 10 miles away, and six months later a disagreement in that camp resulted in the emergence of The Israelite True Tribe camp, and after a few initial episodes of bloody violence, they agreed not to kill each other and would have yearly pot luck dinners and nod appreciatively at presentations of their liturgical distinctives.

Don't you still have the issue of the intellectual assent of the individual through private interpretation? Lots of people have interpretations, but whats the tie breaker when the all claim the Holy Spirit? The spirit of chaos?
