The thing really holding back AI the most at present is inability to generate 3d assets.

As a person with zero coding experience who has actually used Claude Code to successfully vibe code a full software suite, marketplace, and website, I'm gonna have to call B.S. on this claim of a full realistic fighter jet game in 4 days. I've been building Deliberon for going on 7 months. There is simply no way a person with zero coding experience can or will know all of the fine details needed to pull off a full product in 4 days. It's not even possible for experienced people, due to the nature of AI and prompting. AI definitely speeds up the process. I am living proof. I built a cognitive orchestration engine that would take a team of developers 5 years and millions of dollars to finish, and I did it in 7 months and ~$3,000, using Claude Code, patience, and determination. Had you said full working PROTOTYPE, I'd believe that wholeheartedly. But full game in 4 days? AI is good, but not that good. And the human will always be the bottleneck.

"the barrier to building was never the idea, it was the years of learning to code." The barrier has always been marketing, and it still is.

Four days you mean, 92 hour non stop right? Even that can’t make sense. There is no way this story is true 😂

Incredible. One tweak to the prompt... F-16s can't land on aircraft carriers

All true guys, the prompt is: "You are a game dev with 30 years of experience, make me gaem like ace combat, no mistakes!! fix all bugs, real 3d models, successful game, fun to play, photorealistic graphic, use less tokens, I don't know json, thank you"

Oh cool, another throw away game that caused the servers to overload creating, just so it can be played for a showcase and never played again.

Amazing. But is it a full game or just this demo. Can we play it?

This is very far from being realistic even 20 years ago.

Tras jugar y ver el periódico.. Oye claude, justamente hubo un bombardeo en la version que simulaste al mismo tiempo que jugabamos! Claude: ¿qué simulé?

the 4 days part isnt the story imo. its that the barrier moved from can you code to do you actually know what you want to build. taste is the new bottleneck

THIS GUY VIBE CODED A FULL CAPYBARA FOOD DELIVERY GAME IN 2 WEEKS WITH CLAUDE CODE you play as a capybara delivering food on a bike. orders stack on the back, you have a phone with apps in-game and the whole delivery system is realistic 2 weeks, zero game dev experience, and ENTIRELY AI generated the full stack: > claude code for all the code > three.js for the 3D engine > suno for original music > elevenlabs for sound effects and voice > GPT images-2 and grok for textures and illustrations > tripo3d for generating all the 3D assets the cinematics are all in-game too. he asked claude to build a cinematic editor with timeline controls, camera animation, and transitions. then he just placed the cameras himself his workflow was more planning than coding (obviously): > come up with the core mechanic > plan every feature using claude /plan mode > generate assets with AI tools > spend most of his time on the final polish, prop placement, and making the design feel right he said the human part is what most vibe coded games are missing. AI can generate everything but having taste for what looks good and what feels right is still on you the game is playable right now in the browser this is what vibe coding is actually capable of in the game dev space right now a year ago this would have taken a small team of developers, a sound designer, and an artist working together for months now one person with no experience can ship a polished playable game with story, music, and mechanics in 14 days the tools keep getting better and the barrier to making real games keeps getting lower
