All these things are fine. However, basic things are not working. Ex- 1. simple compatability issues, when we create a watch list in Desktop, same not reflected in mobile and vice versa, 2. In Chart, we have to keep on refreshing it to get the rates updated when an hour is over and it does not keep the charts updated like Tradingview and other platforms ( Of course we dont rely on Kotak for all these things but unfortunately there is lag in tradingview in Sensex). 3. We have set up EMA"s and other parameters, few days back it disappeared. One or two problems I highlighted to your Chennai officials 2 years ( compatibility) and as I expected, he was and is sitting on it. Lastly I am struggling to update the financials updated for our 2 companies and your team at Mumbai has no clue of what is P&L, detailed working sheet of IT returns. Hope instead of brushing aside ( as I am the only one complaining), you will ask your team to look into. Fyi - I have managed large IT shops and hence the issues I highlighted are not from a normal user but of an investor/trader who has adequate knwoledge on IT

1. We have taken it up. Will get resolved. Watchlist created on web while app is open doesn’t get replicated. Will be resolved in 30 days 2. Resolved. This went live 2 weeks back. Pls check and give feedback. 3. This is under testing. Going live next weekend release. 4. DM a short note on Point 4 regarding updation on financials. Will ask team to connect and resolve.

Ticket data is good sir but can you able to upgrade the UI of the website it looks very basic and also my personal request please add historical data in api for backtracking I am trying to build some trading strategies, if it complete I will upload it for every kotak neo users

a. UI and UX upgrade - The project should complete before 31st March 2027. b. Historical Data on API is available. It’s now been 2-3 weeks

Add “light” mode in Scalper Mode. It only support dark mode. And its a matter of few code pushes.
