Spot Light Volumes! Everything is parametric here and not baked into a 3D texture, as regular light volumes, which makes it even more optimized. Will work on it a little bit more and see if it's worth to add it to the main project branch.

This is amazing. I could absolutely use this in worlds like my phasmophobia house, to make much more optimized toggleable lights

SlashCo has been heavily considering adopting this into the world however, our only concern would be our flashlights. Would it be possible to make these spotlights compatible to use cookies in some fashion? I know sadly that shadows are a bit of a limitation with the system.

I don't want to support cookies... It would make the whole system much heavier, which I'd want to evade...

So do these still get sh specular?

I would consider defining a versioning/compatibility path such that you can add major items like this. Maybe consider a dev/stable channel?
