Let’s be realistic…do you think you will honestly be able to keep that up all day? Sounds exhausting. And like you are fighting what your body naturally wants to do. Instead of trying to constantly counteract your body’s natural self-organization of your joints and alignment, consider asking *why* your body is doing that in the first place. Then open up space to show it that there may be a better way.

Except how often can someone conveniently do these exercises? Versus pulling shoulders back (or up or down or forward) any time they want sitting, walking, standing, working??
