Let’s be realistic…do you think you will honestly be able to keep that up all day? Sounds exhausting. And like you are fighting what your body naturally wants to do. Instead of trying to constantly counteract your body’s natural self-organization of your joints and alignment, consider asking *why* your body is doing that in the first place. Then open up space to show it that there may be a better way.

Not many people know this, but the truth is that curved spines are perfectly natural. The s-shape of the back allows you to carry weight and soften impact to your body. But the more you straighten your spine, the less you'll be able to absorb force. (1/2)

Except how often can someone conveniently do these exercises? Versus pulling shoulders back (or up or down or forward) any time they want sitting, walking, standing, working??
