In my day athletic development was called “get outside and play”. Self organized games that changed with the season.

I hear ya...that was the inspiration for this program.

We used to call this “recess” or “playing outside”

I'm 47 years I remember. That's why I created this because I noticed kids were getting this stuff these days!

Can you explain why? This method is better

Develop basic Movement skills and coordination first during the 12-14 years of maturation. Balance Reaction Spacial awareness Kinesthetic awareness Movement adequacy. Then Develop bio motor abilities like speed, strength stamina etc when the hormones hit!

Been following your stuff. Inspired to try some stuff in elementary PE. Here, Kinders living every minute of “obstacles”.
