Completely disagree. College sports are built upon getting to KNOW your players as HS recruits and watching them mature/develop at your school through the tough losses and big wins. Rivalry games matter more because of this as well. We’ve totally lost the plot. Unfortunate.

There's going to be some potholes in the road for CFB. So much money is sloshing around that somebody will screw up. A top rated player will hold their school hostage for a better deal before the championship game.
