The tunnel complex included ~80 living quarters and served as a Hamas terrorist command-and-control center. The underground complex stretched across 3-4 levels, with electricity, a Hospital, living quarters and even a prison. Tunnels connected different parts of the town - and served as hidden routes for bringing in food & supplies from outside the besieged area (esp. from Qabun).
