Below-average temperatures will persist in Eastern Europe. 🧐 In addition, a strong cold front on Sunday will push temperatures even further below normal, making them significantly below average in some places (see the temperature anomaly for the next 7 days): Snowfall will also return to the mountains, while in Russia it will snow even at lower elevations. ❄️⛷️In Western Europe, on the other hand, temperatures will be near or above average.

There is NO END IN SIGHT to this brutally Cold pattern, with multiple waves of Arctic air likely to continue pouring into the U.S. well into mid-December. The Polar Jet Stream will keep diving south again and again, dragging down round after round of frigid Canadian air. This is the kind of cold we normally see in the heart of January - seeing it this early is highly unusual. Temperatures will run 10, 20, even 30 degrees below normal, and some locations may drop below zero for a prolonged stretch. Wind chills will be even worse. Bottom line: ⬇️ The cold isn’t going anywhere. Bundle up… it’s going to be a long, frigid stretch. 🥶

The reason is a persistent high-pressure system over Europe, drawing in hot air from North Africa along its western flank and acting as a so-called heat dome. Air in the center of the high sinks and warms, suppressing cloud formation and allowing more solar radiation to reach the surface. As a result, hot air accumulates near the ground and continues to intensify. Temperatures may exceed 30 °C in western and central Europe, and reach up to 38 °C in southwestern Spain. You are looking at temperature anomalies in the cloud layer over the next 2 weeks, which peak at +20°C. #Europe is Earth’s fastest warming continent, and European heat extremes are increasing faster than models project they should, likely due to changes in steering flow. In a rapid attribution study by Climameter it is estimated that #climatechange has made this June heatwave up to 4°C hotter (7°F) than it would have otherwise been without warming.

Sheikh makes sense to me. If it is lailatul Qadr in Arabia it is lailatul Qadr in india or Bangladesh as well. As the lailatul Qadr is only one night and not two (Quran), it can be a odd night in Arab but an even night in India or Bangladesh. We can miss lailatul Qadr if we stick only to odd nights. Remember it is a odd night today and the Friday eve in Arab. Chances of lailatul Qadr are high. In the process of moon politics in Asian countries, we may error but that is our fault and God will not change lailatul Qadr for us.
