Thailand with around 70 million population possess a great driving behaviour. See how the cars stick to their lane. What's stopping us Indians from sticking to their lane and drive responsibly? 🤐

This video is from back in March while touring through the Interior. At nearly every stop, I heard from British Columbians about the lack of visible lane markings on major highways. Then I saw it firsthand. Harsh weather is a fact of life. But not having proper lane markings so drivers can actually see where they’re going is absolutely unacceptable. Truckers and commuters shouldn’t be guessing where their lane is while driving through slush and poor visibility. Farnworth needs to get out here and actually see the kinds of road conditions he’s saying are okay for British Columbians to drive on.

Border chaos: Pacific Highway Crossing is so backed up - and spilling into the surrounding neighbourhood - that locals are putting their hazards on and driving on the shoulder of the oncoming lane to get to their homes. Global BC

Go to Mpumalanga driving a vehicle with Gauteng registration and see what their traffic cops will do to you. They spot your car from afar, stop you and give you tickets for minor offenses if you don't bribe them. But when you look around, cars with Mpumalanga registration are worse than cars in a scrapyard.

They come to South Africa, rent these exotic cars and post them on social media to brag to people back home. If you go through their comments, you’ll see how men worship them. A lot of these guys driving exotic cars love that kind of attention. They love it when people run after their cars, beg and shout their names. It’s really sad to say the least.

Narrow bike lane not fit for purpose and full of debris. You'd think a bus driver would know better but clearly not. Well under 1.5m of space given. Reported to the police and slated to spend a day of their own time learning how to drive safely.

Poor visibility. Stopped vehicles. People standing in live lane. Thats how 1 crash becomes 2. At 70 mph, traffic covers about 103 feet every second. Stay in the car. Drive for what you can see. Get out of the lane when you can. Dont survive the first crash only to become the pedestrian in the second.

Strait of Hormuz over the last 24 hours: Oman lane is dead. Visible traffic continues to be nonexistent in the Oman lane, but the Iranians reported that 3 vessels attempted to transit with US escorts only to have one get attacked. The other 2 turned around. With the Bab al-Mandeb closure now in force by the Houthis, Fujairah enforcement is the most likely next escalation path. Despite tankers being attacked during their transits through the Oman lane, some brave shipowners and captains are still trying, which means the enforcement has to go to the root cause: Fujairah. I guess we will see where this is all going, but from an oil math standpoint, this is the endgame now. Video is from MarineTraffic

WATCH | WATCH | This happened yesterday around 3pm along Kirkman Road, near the National Sports Stadium and Harare Drive. Kombi drivers are some of the biggest culprits when it comes to driving in the oncoming lane, as shown in the video. I had to get one of my tyres repaired after it was damaged by the sharp edge of the road while I was trying to avoid vehicles driving in the wrong lane. Zimbabwe Republic Police

Apparently she didn’t see me 🤔 What do you think? (watch till end). This bike lane over the bridge at Addison Gardens is a great eg. of a segregated cycle lane but you do feel invisible when you come to the roundabout. N.B I was indicating the whole way around the roundabout.

A motorist avoided a head-on collision with a rogue truck going the wrong side on the Delhi Dehradun Corridor. This 6-lane highway is described as "access controlled" by NHAI. Had this driver been distracted or driving in the right lane, he and his family would most likely be dead or seriously injured. A cement mixer and a car were also on the wrong side. Clearly, the highway maintenance teams are not doing their job. Approximately 205,000 people are killed in road accidents in India annually. The US, with 6 times more cars than India, has 47,000 fatalities.

Hmm: Trump says "all" the people in Gaza — "probably 1.7 people, maybe 1.8 million" — should be moved out from their home. But Gaza's population was around 2.1 million. And this is not the first time Trump has suggested such a low number of people to be removed from Gaza.

WOW v14.3.2 is very decisive and is able to execute with great confidence. Big fan. That said, in my first drive it messed up *spectacularly* twice in <15 miles of suburban driving. In one instance, it swerved out of its through lane of traffic into a lane that was ending, right as it was ending. It was not trying to overtake any vehicles, it just swerved over violently. ugh The other, in the video below, it did not consider that the left lane was turn-only, and tried to use it overtake other vehicles while their light was red. (this intersection begins with left turn green and through-lanes red) It is still very slow to merge into the proper lane in time for a turn, and ended up cutting off a large truck to make its turn. Could it have completed its maneuvers and continued without intervention? Yes. Would it be safe or legal to do so? No. Plenty of work left to do on FSD.

Went to Lille v Freiburg and spent an afternoon with Freiburg. Great people, telling me about how they maintain this culture. Generous, giving us their beer, inviting us to their games with free tickets. This beats the EPL experience hands down. Authentic, real.
