Many of my clients with pain and posture problems fail this test in their initial assessment. They lack the strength or the mobility to finish a full set, sometimes both. Sometimes, their muscles start burning up, forcing them to stop. The good news is that fixing this problem is super easy when you practice this exercise. You'll have perfect posture without even having to think about it.
