There is nothing called as senior diabetes doctor, mention her degrees ( mbbs, md, dm) , second - this person is complete idiot, we prick fingertips bcoz of good capillaries,blood come out easily in one prick , when u hit the sides , blood wont come easily in good amount.

Now we have testing devices that don’t require pricking. Also, pricking the fingers means exposing to bacteria entering your body.

Ngl I think regardless of any way prick would hurt

Thank you, very informative. Can you please do a video on red-40 use and recent ban on red-3 by US FDA? So many kids products in India uses red-40 and not much awareness about potential harm it may have on our kids.
