There’s always some risk of injury in anything you do in life whether it’s lifting, running, or even just moving wrong like being down to tie your shoe But most injuries happen because of weak or underdeveloped muscles, which is exactly why lifting is so important in the first place Use the form I showed in this video, start light, focus on control and good technique, and gradually increase the weight over time You’ll be golden, my man But don’t be scared of lifting weights
