The Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore collapsed after a massive cargo ship lost power and struck a support column. Police limited traffic before the collision, but road crew members were still on the bridge. Gio Benitez has details.

@ABC @GioBenitez Putin probably did it. The USA tried to destroy Russia's Crimean bridge, sunk lots of Russian warships, killed so many Russian speaking people just to wear down a capitalist , competitive trading partner. USA eventually got a taste of its own medicine.
