Dot next to implement bike lanes and busways like 96st 3 Ave to 10ave diverts traffic to local streets. The biggest con is DOT new title Dept of Bikes not transportation

He will lose to Mamdani and he could take DOT Comm Rodriguez with him. I like Mamdani Free Bus and subway fares. MTA won’t like it but who cares. Nobody care for drivers so let it be.

The brickwork to this house has been covered with paint which is not breathable. This, along with no drainage at the base, has trapped moisture and is causing damage to the brickwork. Moisture is now forcing its way out.

Good morning Citi Bike Lyft, It pains me to report that the attached video appears to show former NYC Comptroller, congressional candidate, and the Panderista of Park Slope Brad Lander, native of St Louis, riding a Citi Bike through a crosswalk and proceeding through two steady red lights. I was under the impression that Citi Bike members agree to follow NYC traffic laws — including no riding in crosswalks and full stops at red lights — particularly those who regularly lecture the public about “street safety.” I assume rules apply evenly, and that traffic laws are not a sliding scale based on job title, press conference frequency, or number of transportation policy panels attended. Please review the video and advise whether this conduct complies with Citi Bike’s user agreement. If not, I trust appropriate action will be taken. Using clustered lighting, similar to Unreal, the screen is split into tiles of 32x32 pixels and then further split along the Z axis. Lights are culled and binned. Most of the time engines implement clustered lighting with a fixed number of partitions in XY, something like 40x20, let's say, this is generally fine, but it doesn't adapt to different aspect ratios and tends not to scale as well into higher screen resolutions. Finally, by splitting the XY in 32 pixel increments (or anything that's 2^N really) - you get better wave coherence, that is - pixel shader runs more efficiently. The engine supports up to 10,000 so-called "local lights" in the frame, which can be either be sphere lights (point lights with volume) or spot lights. When I say "in the frame" - I mean on-screen at the same time. There can be a million lights in the scene for example, but only 10,000 can be visible at a time. Can increase the limit, but I reckon 10,000 is already a pretty (un)reasonable limit.

Finally, a move ,albeit several decades behind many developed cities, to curb errant driving at some of Harare’s most chaotic intersections through the installation of the Smart Traffic Management System. The system is being introduced at about 20 key crossings including Glenara Avenue/Samora Machel Avenue, Herbert Chitepo Avenue/Leopold Takawira Street (that’s Moffat Street/Rhodes Avenue pre-1980 for those who may have lost touch 😅), Cripps Road/Remembrance Drive, and this one here at Second Street/Churchill Avenue, among others. The AI-powered cameras will reportedly transmit real-time data to a new data centre at CID headquarters. It is my hope that this new traffic management system will deter the growing culture of motorists “jumping” red lights, blocking intersections and generally turning major crossings into scenes of confusion. Importantly, the technology also reduces direct human-to-human interaction in traffic enforcement, an area that has long been vulnerable to corruption. I am as conscious of my responsibility towards accountability of tax payers money as they themselves are. I have taken up the issue of updating the figures on the portal through which a narrative of underspending funds has been picked. Also a reminder in 2020-21 and 21-22 the funds were suspended owing to Covid. Since this has led to a whole lot of accusations and created unnecessary chatter. This is the pathetic pathetic condition of the flyover at Dahisar east metro station on WEH, Mumbai. The funny part is, it's unclear on which of the 4 agencies is maintaining this. BMC, MMRDA, MSRDC OR MEP (contractor). Looks like it's with the metro because of the ongoing metro line 8 work since years but the MMRDA has not taken any action. माझी Mumbai, आपली BMC MSRDC Ltd MMRDA, MEP Please sit at a table, takeout your documents and fix this flyover. Its causing daily jams, back problems and the frustration of going through this everyday despite being a financial capital of India.

Another fine advert for the Green Party. Zack Polanski will be so proud. The company had told the court it "did not export" to Israel and had no licences to do so, the judge said. He also said they said they made "defensive military equipment", such as mine detection vehicles, which was supplied to the UK and other allies but "not Israel".
