The guy who invented cheese is a hero 🧀

The same with the man who invented toast. He baked bread and was like dude let’s bake it once more.

😂🤣

The algorithms are in your favor. 🏆

I think a huge account rt it.

good shit. but if you farm impressions with it at least give us the link to the creator...

KEK!!! ꉂ (´∀`)ʱªʱªʱª

It’s so true though lol

I literally do that myself I make my own sour cream with heavy whipping cream & milk Kiefer I'm probably poising myself though However, IDGAF anymore... js

Half of our inventions are just people screwing around doing weird shit for funsies

Why do people eat something that smells like shit and rotten feet?

some guy put milk in a canteen made of an animal stomach. the stomach still contained enzymes that turned the milk into cheese. he's missing the stomach and the enzyme. he's just making butter.

The story i know is that milk just turned into cheese jossling around in a random sheep stomach container. And someone tried to eat it and didnt die.

"What if I messed with tempurture and shit" LMFAO

I've had similar thoughts about eggs. Who was the first sick bastard to say "next thing that pops out I'm eating"

Fun fact: cheese was discovered by Arabs who kept milk in gourds made of camel skin when travelling . The enzymes from the loosely processed skins caused the milk to ferment in a slow controlled way and cheese was born.

Cheese was invented by people that stored milk in calf stomachs. The residual rennet separated the whey from the curd as they walked. This made a very quick cheese.

I'm pretty sure the invention of cheese was merely someone who stored milk in a bag made from the stomach of a recently butchered calf and woke up to it being solid and not spoiled

didn't even mention the extra weirdness of rennet

This was very entertaining

Uh, it was invented with raw milk and not store bought milk. And that's illegal. 🥛 🚔

The story is much simpler. Some idiot poured milk into a water pouch made from a goat's stomach.

Can only do this with real milk

It made me sh|t three times 😂

Alors que c'est juste un type qui a dû oublier son lait dans une barrique et qui l'a goûté.

Actually the digestive system handles cheese better than milk, because it has active probiotics which stimulate digestion.

most of life is a lucky accident

Damn, may God bless the man or men involved in creating cheese. Literally one of the best things in life. I love cheese.

Well schmechnically it was discovered on accident when they would carry milk in camel bags (stomachs contained renin) across the warm dessert. The renin plus the shaking plus the heat made the curd but I don't want to rain on your humor.

I wonder about this all the time with certain foods. Like caviar. Who the fuck just decided to eat a bunch of fish eggs? Or mushrooms for that example. Those things look menacing.

Cheese was discovered in the stomachs and intestines of suckling animals. There is an roman dish, where they slaughter a new born lamb just after it's had it's first milk. They simmer the intestines without washing them, then you have almost like a cheese-stuffed tripe.

More likely: Guy out milk on a cart and the horse pulled it over a bumpy road for a long time. Then got drunk and forgot where he parked the waggon. When he found it again, the milk had turned and he thought “Fuck, my wife will kill me, if I don’t bring home some bacon”, so he started to pray and said: “She’s…” when it hit him he could try to sell it as a novel gourmet slobber. He succeeded.

Definitely me, experimenting in the kitchen like it's a science lab... minus the notebook and buttcrack! LOL

Holy shit that was funny ..

The guy probably did look like this too

The American psycho of cheese

one suspicious milk accident changed civilization

What if you pushed past that 🤣
