@X I’m getting dizzy with all these different opinions by experts on what works best in the gym.

There are only a few core principles. Or as Dr Andy Galpin says there are many different training approaches, but only a few specific adaptations to seek. Which approach you take to reach those adaptations can vary tremendously, but the core adaptations are not very different. You can check out the episode series that Galpin did with the Huberman Lab podcast if you want to get a sense of that and then you pick something and stick to it for a period of about a month see how it works for you make adjustments pivot if you need to etc. keep in mind that Pavel here is talking about strength increases not hypertrophy

@X Pavel Tsatsouline is a genius, love his no nonsense approach to strength training Great podcast, thanks for having him on, always learn something new from your guests Consistency and focus are key to achieving results, variety can be overrated

@X Like a lot of exercisers, I repeat the same exercises with some guilt that I should "shake" things up. I' m happy to hear it's ok to stick with what you like. - Find exercises you like, stay consistent, get strong, and enjoy the habit of health.

@X Yeah but doing the same thing all the time is boring.

@X Thank you for all you do to increase awareness in the world. Your efforts do not go unnoticed.

@X Consistency over complexity — Pavel nails it. The right movements, done right, drive real strength gains!

@X “Find just a set of exercises you can do well, pain free” MAHA

@X This is in direct contradiction to @Schwarzenegger ‘s preaching of shocking the muscle to induce growth.

@X @Schwarzenegger Here we’re talking about strength increases not hypertrophy.
