There are only a few core principles. Or as Dr Andy Galpin says there are many different training approaches, but only a few specific adaptations to seek. Which approach you take to reach those adaptations can vary tremendously, but the core adaptations are not very different. You can check out the episode series that Galpin did with the Huberman Lab podcast if you want to get a sense of that and then you pick something and stick to it for a period of about a month see how it works for you make adjustments pivot if you need to etc. keep in mind that Pavel here is talking about strength increases not hypertrophy

@X Like a lot of exercisers, I repeat the same exercises with some guilt that I should "shake" things up. I' m happy to hear it's ok to stick with what you like. - Find exercises you like, stay consistent, get strong, and enjoy the habit of health.
