Surely using space stations doesn’t count? They’re not usually launched in one piece/mission/spacecraft

Sent to orbit and assembled in orbit are two completely different things. Not a valid comparison.

I have a feeling, over the next decade, this list will get a lot larger.

Starship is still the largest spacecraft ever launched to orbit as a single vehicle. The record only changes if we’re talking about objects assembled or deployed once already in orbit.

It's not the length of the spacecraft, it's the orbital motion.

Some of these were assembled in orbit and not sent.

I remember seeing vids of the tether craft. Was it an experiment to try & produce energy with the tether?

If you include the ISS/MIR you should include Polyus, as well. At least it actually went up in one go.
