everyone on this app needs to be utilizing castor oil packs. science-backed medicine hiding in plain sight. what makes castor oil so powerful? the secret is ricinoleic acid, a rare fatty acid that gives castor oil its anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and analgesic properties. research shows that this acid interacts with receptors on the skin and deeper tissues to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and stimulate healing. in other words, castor oil doesn’t just sit on the surface. it penetrates and activates your body’s natural repair systems. the benefits go deep. - liver detoxification your liver is your body’s filtration system, constantly removing toxins. castor oil packs support liver health by stimulating lymphatic drainage, improving its ability to detoxify. - digestive health if you deal with bloating, constipation, or IBS, castor oil packs can help. they promote healthy bowel movements and reduce inflammation in your gut. - pain relief from period cramps to joint pain, castor oil reduces inflammation and improves circulation, giving you natural relief without relying on pills. how to use it soak a cloth in castor oil, apply it to the area you want to target (abdomen, joints, etc.), and let it work for 45 minutes. consistency is key. is it messy? a little. but it works. and if you’re serious about your health, you’ll stop chasing overpriced trends and start paying attention to the basics. castor oil packs are cheap, effective, and rooted in science. stop making excuses. start making changes.

Coughs serve a purpose! We hate them and hate to see our kids suffer but it’s one of the ways our immune systems works to expel irritants from the body. Instead of suppressing coughs, help your body get rid of irritants and the inflammation faster and safer! I’m always preaching to support the body’s natural abilities. We’ve got this guys, just gotta know how and what the body is already meant to do, and guide it along a little. There is time and place for allopathic medicine 100%, but I typically don’t jump to antibiotics right away. For a couple different reasons but mostly because of how they negatively affect the gut microbiome- making it harder to rebuild and heal. But also, the majority of the time coughs could be viral and antibiotics won’t help anyway. So you know how onions make you cry and your nose run when you cut into them? They have the same effect on the body when congested! It draws out irritants. I have to say that “it may” help detox the body from illness so it’s not a medical claim, but here are the facts: Onions can improve circulation and help break up congestion. Plain and simple. The high sulfur content in onions causes thick mucus to thin out, break up, and move outward toward the skin (also helps support fevers! I do onions on the bottoms of the feet for fevers too) You can use onions for congestion, coughs, earaches, in tea, and to help draw out fevers and sore throats!

The Magic Powers of Charcoal 🌿 Let me share with you why activated charcoal is one of the most powerful natural remedies you can have in your home. Why I Love Charcoal: It’s a Detox Powerhouse Activated charcoal binds to toxins, heavy metals, and chemicals in the body, flushing them out naturally. Whether it’s food poisoning, drug overdoses, or even a hangover, charcoal is my go-to for detoxification. It Soothes Digestive Troubles Whenever I feel bloated or gassy, I take charcoal, and it works wonders by absorbing excess air and toxins in the digestive tract. It’s like hitting the reset button for my gut! Skin Savior For bites, stings, or infections, I make a simple charcoal poultice, and it pulls out the toxins like magic. It’s also fantastic for acne and keeping my skin clear and healthy. Purifies Water I use charcoal to purify drinking water. It traps impurities, making my water clean and safe. Brightens My Smile I even use it to whiten my teeth! A little charcoal powder on my toothbrush helps remove stains and keeps my breath fresh. How I Use It: For detox: I mix a teaspoon of activated charcoal powder in water. For skin: I make a paste with charcoal and water to apply on bites or wounds. For everyday health: I keep it handy for unexpected issues like food poisoning or digestive upset. Charcoal is simple, safe, and versatile. If you haven’t tried it yet, I can’t recommend it enough—it truly feels like it has magic powers! #NaturalHealing #ActivatedCharcoal #Detox #HealingNaturally #WellnessJourney
