You want better Shoulder workouts don’t place your hands directly under shoulder, Place them lower towards your stomach/chest area.

When I was in the army, I used this technique. At my best I was able to do 65 uninterrupted push-ups with a total of 98 within two minutes

I stopped doing push-ups because they'd leave me with inflammation and neuropathy in my triceps and elbows that would keep me from exercising for a week or more. Had to find an alternative.
