Nine Accused in TUT Lecturer Murder Seek Bail Nine suspects accused of killing a lecturer from Tshwane University of Technology appeared in the Soshanguve Magistrate’s Court this morning, Monday to apply for bail. The matter had previously been postponed to allow the accused time to prepare their formal bail application. You are not a political scientist, you have no knowledge about the question asked yet you are struggling to answer and analyse what you have admitted to have no knowledge about. Now as a lawyer, you drag someone to court, representing a state, and here you are saying the because you represent a state, the court shouldn’t listen to the respondent?
