This is one of the reasons why training age is important. Beginner, intermediate and advanced lifters have very different frequency demands

Ngl. People in their 30s+ complain that they wake up in pain. Im in my young 30s & I wake up fine, it’s actually when I take a vacation/have biz travel which doesn’t allow me to train consistently, that’s when I start getting little pains here & there. I’m lifting for life 💪🏼🏋🏻♂️

The most ridiculous pseudo medical advice from a dangerous 🤡..!The most important consequence of heavy lifting is the irreversible destruction of your intervertebral discs which ultimately makes you a chronic pain sufferer!
