Ngl. People in their 30s+ complain that they wake up in pain. Im in my young 30s & I wake up fine, it’s actually when I take a vacation/have biz travel which doesn’t allow me to train consistently, that’s when I start getting little pains here & there. I’m lifting for life 💪🏼🏋🏻‍♂️
