Vegetable Oils: The Unknown Story - Nina Techolz If you've ever wondered where all this heart disease, cancer, and diabetes is coming from, listen to this lecture from Nina on the real history of seed/vegetable oils and how they became so pervasive in the American diet thanks to advertising from demons like Edward Bernays and the corporate capture of the regulatory and health agencies.
