Things turned deadly when this elephant reached her breaking point 😔💔 Tyke’s story is a heartbreaking reminder of the horrors animals still face in circuses today.

Urge @Shriners to stop forcing animals to perform in circuses!

Absolutely horrific! That poor creature 🐘 I don’t know how humans can be so so cruel! Deeply upsetting! The elephant deserved so much better! How could it be ok to put an animal through hell & then let them come to this traumatic end! Makes me sick to my stomach! 😢 💔

Yes 💯👏 Animal-free circuses have all the thrills, chills, and fun that you expect at the big top—but none of the cruelty to animals.

Using these magnificent beings for human amusement is beyond unconscionable.

That was horrible. Elephants belong free, not to perform as a circus act. The abuse she endured was probably unreal and she couldn't take any more. She didn't deserve that. Just so sad 😞

Ignored, untreated, and left to suffer 💔 Angel’s heartbreaking story is all too familiar for animals in the pet trade. Birds don’t belong in cages, they deserve to be free. #WorldParrotDay

Here’s the sad story of Polly, who weighs 700 pounds and says she feels trapped in her own body. 💔 Her biggest wish is simply to get up and do everyday things like everyone else. What makes her story even more heartbreaking is that she still struggles to control her cravings for junk food. 😔

This is how circuses force baby bears to stand on their hind legs 💔 When they’re no longer profitable, they can end up at roadside zoos. Their cries of desperation will ring in your ears.

non aesthetic things Heartbreaking. This is a good reminder of just how important a little kindness & compassion can be. Nice to see that there is still some humanity in the world!

Munish Palaniappan captured this heartbreaking scene in Jim Corbett, Uttarakhand: An elephant mother still carrying her calf's carcass after 60 days. Nature's grief is profound. CARCASS WHEREVER SHE GOES ALONG 🐘💔😢 #Wildlife #Elephant #India

🔊TURN YOUR VOLUME UP🔊 That heartbreaking cry is Betty begging for freedom 😔 17 years later and she’s still swaying incessantly from the physical and psychological torment at Carden Circus. Please take a moment to text-in and take action for her.

Heartbreaking💔 A wild elephant in Karnataka is seen scavenging through plastic waste for food in MM Hills. Imagine surviving on garbage because humans have turned your habitat into a dumping yard. The tragedy isn't the elephant. The tragedy is what we've done to its home.

As if the horrors that farm animals face wasn't bad enough, did you know that PREGNANT dairy cows are often sent to the slaughterhouse? 💔 ...the things they don't tell you on a carton of milk.

“When I was in captivity I was ræped multiple times in captivity. I saw horrors. I still have bad nightmares” You can’t watch this and keep a straight face. The pain in her tears is louder than her voice.

This is absolutely heartbreaking 💔 Ordinary Aussies are doing it so tough. This poor lady is already feeling crushed and knows she hasn’t even reached the worst of the cost of living pain, yet she’s still struggling badly. 💔😢👇🏽

Watching this is so heartbreaking. 💔 Her lymphedema has become so severe that her feet are almost completely hidden by the swelling. I can’t imagine the pain and difficulty she must be experiencing. Is there a way to recover from something this severe? It’s a painful reminder of how devastating obesity-related health complications can actually become. 😔
