Think gallons of plain water = healthy? ❌ Wrong. Pure water dehydrates by pulling minerals out of your cells. Real hydration = electrolytes. Here’s how to do it naturally:

If Liu Kang himself is telling us this, we should believe him.

Most water has minerals. Do not drink distilled water though, that will do what he talks about. If you work out or sweat a lot though, which he probably does, what he says about getting more electrolytes is going to make sense.

What an awesome video about hydration. The water that you are drinking is stripped of any trace minerals, minerals. I juice my fruit and mix it in with spring /tap H2O. + PINCH OF SALT, LEMON+PROBIOTICS. I never drink plain water! What do you think happens when you sweat?

It is healthy, because we're not island people with zero body fat lol. If you're eating a ton of processed foods loaded with salt, pure water is definitely what you need.

Bullshit marketing. Distilled water ONLY risky if you chug gallons while fasting. Normal water + food = perfect hydration. WHO, ACSM, science says plain water is king. Electrolytes = for heavy sweat, not your 9-5. Stop the fearmongering.

This is such an important distinction! Many people overlook electrolytes when it comes to proper hydration. Adding minerals back into your water or consuming electrolyte-rich foods makes a huge difference in how your body actually utilizes the water you drink. Great breakdown! 💫

U should drink cow and horse urine and eat apples for hydration. I only drink one single bottle of water a day. I usually leave it in the sun the harness the bpa for it's estrogenic properties. It has just enough to not make u a soyboy but also keeps your hairline intact.

Pure water. As in Homogenous H2O, is incerdibly dangerous to drink as it rips out ions. Pure water as in clean water with no dirt but still has ions, is perfectly safe. Tap water is generally pure and is preferable to drink instead of de-ionised water

This is spot on. A lot of folks think water is just water, but without those minerals, it can actually throw things out of whack. Especially if you're working out or sweating a ton, getting those electrolytes is crucial. Good advice on natural sources!

This dude thinks that when you drink watwr it goes directly to the blood stream! This is just false...and it's not how the body works. Drinking pure water doesn't dehydrate you...it hydrates you. No invention or speculation about that!

Your body naturally needs water just like it needs food for energy. While electrolytes are good and help in hydration, just like anything else, too much is very dangerous. The body does not like too much sodium. But if you want good, non sports drink, electrolytes, drink fruit juice, cow milk or coconut milk.

Been drinking distilled water for years. Much better than the cocktail or chemicals in tap water. I would rather drink something pure rather than something toxic. But, that’s just me.

Ah yes another video explaining why drinking water is unhealthy

"People Are Brainwashed Into Drinking Too Much Water." Dr Tel Oren, MD "Water Intoxication Is Diluting Your Electrolytes, Damaging Your Kidneys & Lowering Your Stomach Acid." "20 Years Ago No One Carried Water Bottles Everywhere With Them & No One Had Electrolyte Deficiency." Excessive water intake dilutes electrolytes, strains kidneys & stresses adrenal glands. True cellular hydration happens through metabolism, not just by drinking water. Hydration on a cellular level requires crucial unrefined minerals like potassium, sodium & magnesium to enter the cell wall. Listen to your body—drink when thirsty, including unrefined mineral sea salt to water for proper hydration. Avoid drinking with meals which dilutes stomach acid. Drinking liquids during meals can lead to bloating, indigestion & nutrient malabsorption. Your stomach likes to maintain an acidity level of 1 to 1.5 on the pH scale (2nd highest stomach acidity next to vultures), which break down proteins, stimulates the release of digestive enzymes & absorption of vitamins. But when you drink during meals, you slow down the entire process, water has a pH of 7, which leads to bloating & acid reflux. Too much water creates dilution of your electrolytes in your blood & damage to your adrenals that depend on those electrolytes. So you end up in greater stress & it becomes a vicious cycle for the health 'set point' of your kidneys. Gradually break free from the habit of constant hydration for healthier balance and real cellular wellness. Slowly break your water addiction to whatever your body tells you it needs when you're thirsty. Drink when thirsty & rehydrate with water & crucial minerals during times of high heat & perspiration. 👇Water Intoxication Symptoms & Science👇 👇Too Much Water Causes Heartburn & GERD👇 👇Over Hydration Is Harmful To Kidneys & Heart👇 Speaker: Dr Adiel Tel Oren, MD Video: WR
